Housewives are introduced to the designers !! In attendance we have New York’s Leah and Lu, Potomac’s Wendy Karen, and Gizelle, and OC’s Shannon and Gina ! They all seem excited to be here. The designers are excited too! Well the ones are who are familiar with the shows. Chasity and Aaron and Bones are fans. The internationals aren’t sure who they are, or anything. They’re trying to act excited. Shantall has a very blank expression. She’s like “I have no idea who these bitches are…” Well she’s about to find out.
Anna says – I have no idea about “Reunion Look. ” It’s cute because she thinks it’s an American thing, but it’s really just a “Housewives” thing.
Chasity fills in Anna on what the “reunion look ” is all about.
I like that they’re designing for someone other than the ‘models.’ We’ve got a lot of different body types, taste, style and personalities to make happy. And we know these ladies are fashion freaks, and have to look better than everyone else, and be the center of attention !
The designers get paired up with a Housewife.

They go over their tastes and likes and dislikes with the designers.
Wendy and Kristina: Let me just start off with a direct quote from Zendy Wendy when asked if she would like a dress or suit: “You can give me pants, you can give me a jacket, I will be good with anything.” “It can be whatever you want it to be, if you think you can make a suit.” End Quote.
She, of course, tells Kristina about her new titties and ass and wants to show them off.
Also she’s wearing a suit currently, I might add. She looks a little like Liberace, but she’s wearing a suit.
Karen brags to Chasity about her hour glass figure and she is confident and ok with her boobies out. I see this being a good match.
I love that Gizelle calls herself ‘Suntan Barbie.’ There was some Twitter hate on that, making fun of her, but I thought it was cute and fun. Also I’m a Barbie fan. And she does look like a Barbie. Tall, blonde, boobs, tan. She’s just missing the perpetually ‘high heel’ feet.
Lu and Shantall are gelling in their consultation. Lu is very picky, but Shantall seems to understand her style. They say they “found each other.” I love that.
Shannon will just never stop doing that belly pinch. Pinch an inch ? Why doesn’t she just get a tummy tuck already ? Take David’s money and get ya a tune-up!!!
Remember those old commercials ?? I think it was for Special K. If you could pinch more than an inch you should be eating their cereal instead of pancakes. I guess was the point. That was in a different time. Bones is confused when she says that she’s “not a feather person” but he points out that her shoes have feathers on them. I think what she meant by that is she doesn’t want to be “covered” in feathers. I am sure she didn’t want to end up with a look like Meredith’s on Salt Lake, and we can’t blame her for that !
She’s so fun and cool when she’s relaxed. (“She’s not like all, uncool.”) This is how she is when she’s herself. It’s not an act. She’s jokes around, and never really takes herself seriously. Unless, of course, she’s being gas lit by some other stupid bitch on OC. Like she currently is by Heather, Gina, and Emily, if you’re watching OC. Losers.
Gina talks with Anna and says she likes structure and shoulder pads.
Gina tells Anna that she’s nice ??? Then she points and says some of these others are not, “you go lucky.” I’m assuming she has to be referring to Shannon? Shannon may be a little wacko sometimes, but I wouldn’t call her ‘not nice.’ I mean who turned out to be the ‘mean girl’ this season, Gina? I hope she watched this Thursday night to remind herself that she’s supposedly nice. This was filmed before OC started filming. Guys, this must have been the New York trip that Shannon and Gina talked about where they bonded, and then wah wah wah … (I wondered why they were in New York together) things hastily have been going downhill, since the first episode, when she found out her chances of Housewife longevity are better if you’re an evil and ugly person. Plus, bonus, siding with Heather gives her the Heather perks… Ya know I used to like Gina. . . We’ll just leave it at that for now. This is about Project Runway, not the OC.
Most of the ladies seem to be clicking with their designers. Maybe not Leah. She wants to look like a Disney Princess and Coral is like, no, don’t do Disney Princesses. She says she has a clothing line, but she’s not a designer. I was under the impression she did ‘design’ her looks? Maybe I just assumed that.
Since when is Leah into ruffles and butterflies ? She totally needs those butterflies from Noella’s pony tail extension in the OC episode of Heather’s sushi party that went left.
I love Leah’s top she is wearing ! The straps are like chains, so cool !
Learned something new tonight. They can’t do gowns at the OC reunions ? I literally never knew that. I wonder if that is the same for Beverly Hills ? I wonder what that’s all about? Is it a Cally thing? That’s so stupid. Short dresses don’t really suit everyone’s body type and age ranges. You would think the Beverly Hills and OC ladies, they would want to be in the most formalest of formal wear ? Right ? And it’s not like it’s 80 degrees in LA year around. Believe me I’ve been there when it’s chilly! I don’t really get this “rule.” Seems kind of stupid and antiquated. Like the old “always were panty hose” with dresses rule. Or no white after Labor Day. Well anyway I came across a very precise and informative clarification on Facebook from someone, on one of the Bravo Chat Groups who mapped out the rules and regs of the Reunion dresses. I didn’t know it was so rigid! Maybe I just never gave it that much thought, really. I see sometimes there is as color theme. But I had no idea that they needed to be “approved” first.
What immediately comes to mind is how in the holy hell Kyle’s dress on the last BH reunion was approved with that horrible top part that made her boobs look so squished and droopy. Whomever approved that should be fired. They would have had to know how horrible that was going to look on camera. Unless — whomever was in charge doesn’t like her very much!
I can just hear it now – “sure Kyle – that’s the one ! That’s the ticket, this one makes your boobs look great !!
The crazy thirty minute shopping begins for their fabric. Thirty minutes is not a lot of time. They should have more, but it adds to the drama and chaos. Ya know I don’t really see anything strange about them running around the store like maniacs like this. This is how I used to shop all the time, when I was always in a harry.
Chasity cracks me up –I love her – she’s like my fave, and my pick for the winner. Not just this challenge, but the winner winner !!!
Coral goes with nude instead of emerald green. Maybe Leah will like the nude fabric, because she does like to be nude.
Chasity is freaking and screams for someone to cut her fabric!!! That’s something I would totally do, if I was in a time crunch, and needed fabric cut. If I could sew, and design clothes.
Back to the workroom. Shantall points out to Kristina, that Wendy’s boobs being new, should be easier to dress since they don’t need all the support real boobs tend to need. That seems to make her feel better.
Bones is hot, and disrobing as usual. He acts like a menopausal woman. Must be nice to be dude and just strip when you’re hot.
I think I saw I saw on preview that Leah is maybe the one that goes nuts. Someone is though. They tend to manipulate the previews to you throw you off. I hate that!!
Coral says her vision for Leah is more of a Goddess than a Princess. I honestly couldn’t foresee Leah having a problem with that. Can someone make me look like a Goddess? She refuses to do the ruffles and butterflies!
I love this interview look on Bones. He is worried his creation is too boring.
But Shannon doesn’t want all the bling. And I think black will be a nice change for her. Even though I’m not a fan of black, she doesn’t wear it all the time. And it will give her the slimming effect she wants.
Next designing day:
Shantall slept on it and decided to do something a little different for Luann, a half gown, half suit? This could be interesting.
Christian came to be annoying. Chasity seems to get Karen, and know what she’s doing. So Back Off Little Dude! She didn’t say that, but was thinking it. She was nicer about it.
He doesn’t like Anna’s pencil skirt idea. Sometimes he just needs to let them go. Was he in on the consults ? No! Now she’s confused and completely changing everything. Is this on purpose?
What is wrong with a pencil skirt bottom if the top is fabulous? And Gina is tall, so that could work. She’s definitely doing the shoulder pads, which I was afraid of. To me, shoulder pads are a past fad that can just stay dead and buried. I know with fashion, everything comes back around, but shoulder pads can stay wherever the big frizzy hair looks with a can of Aqua Net went. They do NOTHING to flatter a woman’s body. Okay, I got that out.
That was a big load off of my shoulders !!!
Something else I wondered in reference to the “reunion rules. ”
The Potomac ladies all wore pink at the reunion and Karen’s gown is black ?
I wonder: Did the pink theme get planned around Gizelle’s pink jumpsuit, I wonder? Hmmmm. I saw a lot of photos on Twitter where the jumpsuit that was designed for her, isn’t the same as what she ended up wearing to the reunion. Similar, but not the same. The asymmetrical sleeve was the opposite and the waist area was different.
Coral should have gotten something bright for underneath the nude fabric since it has openings? Maybe?
Christian is concerned that Coral went the OPPOSITE of what she and Leah had discussed. Well, she’s taking a risk and you do want them to take risks. Seeing this on the mannequin, aside from the color, does seem like Leah.
The “models” arrive. Aaron tells Gizelle he thought about her all night, as most men do, she says. I know she hasn’t been lucky in love, but who wouldn’t want a “Suntan Barbie” in a hot pink jumpsuit!
Leah fooled us like she wasn’t happy, or the producers had her do that, but in any event, she is saying that she loves it, after the commercial break. She loves it because of the openings and she loves to show her body. I guess if I had her body I would love to show it too. Okay so crisis averted on that one.
On to the actual crisis. Wendy is seemingly annoyed, well she’s annoyed. She says wanted to show her legs. But in her consult with Kristina she emphasized her new ass and tits. A LOT. Nothing about legs, right? Kristina wasn’t picking up on the fact that she likes to be half naked I guess. She should have been shown some of the pics or clips from last season.
At any rate, Wendy is taking this way too seriously.
Gina is not liking hers, and neither am I, but she IS being nice about it. So I give her props for that. Did she not tell them that they couldn’t do gowns? I like her joke about the warrior vibe and the reunions being like a war. It definitely does need taken in. Maybe it will be better.
I am glad I am now educated on the whole gown, no gown rule for the reunions!
Leah is commenting on Gina’s dress being bad. I think she should have just hemmed it to be a short knee length dress. That would have gotten rid of the “Grandma” vibe.
I like Shannon’s a lot – it is really flattering for her. She’s got her double layer of spanx and she’s good to go ! She seems to like it too.
Bones says “when you’re pointing your finger at people, I want all the feathers to be pointing too !!” So he IS familiar with the reunions. He cracks me up.
Wendy is bitching and looks like a four old not getting her way. Like all that’s missing, is her stomping her foot. Condescending AF, and I want to throw something at my TV. She feels like she has to show ‘SOMETHING’ (the top IS revealing) – after she told Kristina she didn’t care about gown or suit, she has the nerve to act like this? Yes she does. You don’t have to agree with me, but Wendy is an awful person. No wonder her husband can’t stand her. At least that’s the vibe I picked up on last season. I posted on Twitter Thursday when this aired, about plastic surgery can’t fix a shitty personality, and okay so maybe it’s not considered “viral” (has to have “hundreds of thousands” of retweets/views etc to be viral, whatever) but I do have around 11,000 views, 300 likes, and 20 retweets, so that tells me that there are a lot of viewers that feel the same.
Not to keep picking on her, but Wendy the shit head makes Kristina cry — does she NOT know pants show ass your better? And her titties ARE showing! They’re to the point where they’re going to erupt any second. What’s the problem? I don’t know why keeps repeating she needs her tits and ass showing ? Hey Wendy, save everyone A LOT of trouble and sit there naked ????
Yes I think maybe Kristina could have kept her emotions in check, but Wendy’s comments are confusing and stupid, based on their consultation.
The other ladies are just having fun with this, just sayin. The other non-four degree ladies are smart enough to know, that not only are the fashion looks being judged, but we, the viewers, are judging them also on the behavior. Also not to mention if Kristina has made it this far, she clearly doesn’t suck and is talented!!!!!
Does she also not know she’ll be sitting on her ass during the reunion? No one cares about her legs. Does she also know she told her a suit or pants are fine during their consult ?
Damn, I can’t freaking stand this woman. She’s the only one bitching, the others are being so nice – Something like this brings out your true personality, and what kind of person you are, and Wendy is being a piece of fucking shit.
This is a supposed to be fun publicity thing for the Housewives, and a challenge for the designers. Wendy’s four stupid degrees that she does nothing with, except pretend to care about politics, didn’t give her the intelligence to see that this was going to reflect badly on her.
Kristina goes out to smoke a ciggy and trying to calm down from this train wreck of a human, (‘zen wen’) while Gina and Anna comfort her. Gina jokingly scolds her for smoking. They both try to make light of it and make her laugh and reassure her.
Meanwhile, Wendy tells the other ladies “she just started crying on our own.” I mean, true, it’s not like you punched her. Guess her getting upset had nothing to do with your constipated expressions, bitching and lying that you ‘didn’t want pants’ after you said pants were fine. Leah inserts herself a little more than she needs to, but she’s seizing an opportunity here. Gizelle scolds Wendy too. It’s all going over her head. She doesn’t care.
Kristina is still upset after they leave. Dictator Wendy doesn’t even try to comfort her at all, before she leaves. Shantall offers to help her. Teamwork even though they’re competitors. I love that.
NEXT DAY – RUNWAY DAY
Kristina and Bones have a moment back at the house on the roof top where they decide to scream out their frustrations to all of NYC! I thought the scene was in the evening when they got back, since Bones was drinking a wine, but it appears to be in the am, before they head back to the studio. No judgment, sometimes you just gotta have a wine !
Housewives arrive!!!!
Gizelle is worried Leah has a whole damned dress she has scraps ??? – where’s hers?? Aaron assures her it’s coming !!
Wendy approaches Kristina and Kristina asks Wendy how her mood is ? Wendy haughtily replies with no concern whatsoever – “How’s yours ? You’re not crying ??” Oh Lord give me the strength. I mean give Kristina the strength. I’m just sitting here banging on a keyboard. Kristina has to deal with this woman, and design, fit and sew an outfit together.
Kristina is adding a scarf. Zen Wen doesn’t like that because it will cover her big fake tits. So she laughs at her. She laughs at her. Is this really happening ??? Kristina is ignoring her. She is realizing what she’s working with here.
She continues to be rude and belittle Kristina. Wendy SIT your fake ass DOWN !!!! She could have apologized for being abrasive and confusing, but instead she’s laughing at her, and making more constipated faces. It’s morning, if that’s the problem, she should have been able to take care of that before she arrived. What a dick. Kristina just wants to get this over with. I don’t think she even cares at this point.
They’re all watching the drama unfold. Gizelle comes over and reassures Wendy that she looks regal. Even Gizelle who can be a bitch, and make a mother of a constipated face, in her own right, is uncomfortable with her behavior towards Kristina.
I don’t think that Gina really likes hers but she’s not being a fuck head, but she’s trying to be nice, and give suggestions as to what needs fixed. She at least knows this is for fun, and they’re not going to be forced to wear these dresses/skirts/jumpsuits to the reunion.
But Wendy is so vain and stupid, all she cares about is herself. Also, I might add, it’s not like they’re paying for these designs. Actually, I am sure Bravo is compensating them for their time. WOW.
Shannon is so funny and easygoing and NOT into herself AT ALL. She’s running around in spanx and does not care who sees it !
Wendy’s titties are all out and under her chin and in our faces, so now she shuts up, Thank God. Well if someone gets the Shitty Housewife personality award tonight it’s this one FO SHO !!!! Being the child of immigrants, whose parents came here from Nigeria, to give her a better life, you would think she could at least have TRIED to be a decent human to a Russian immigrant struggling to make a success of herself in America, but no, it’s all about Wendy always. Also did you know she posted a pic of herself on insta Thursday when the show aired, not even tagging Kristina, thanking her or giving her an ounce of credit !! Someone explain to me how to defend this woman’s integrity?

Shannon is doing a high pony for her runway look. Wonder if this is why she started doing so many high ponies on this season of OC? I think she and Heather both are over doing the high ponies.
Oh wow – what’s this ? Maybe an “I’m sorry” (just joking) could happen now? She looks FAB. And that raspberry color is amazing and looks great on her. And the fit is definitely much better. If you wanna show off your ass, nothing better than a fitted jumpsuit for that if you ask me! Whatever, she’s just too into herself. What a disaster. The only thing she can muster to Kristina is a very unenthusiastic “you did good.”

We even have Andy as a judge. This is our lucky night ! Hopefully he can be objective and not play favorites !!!
The judges were lovin the looks !!!!!!! They want to speak with each Housewife with their designer.
Luanne and Shantall – Lu loves hers, with the half corset, half gown, very unique design. I love the navy too. The judges are into it.
Leah and Coral – Leah loves hers. Some of them don’t like the nude due to her complexion etc. I somewhat agree, what I think would have made it, maybe a winner, or a contender, is the sheer fabric underneath being in the emerald that they discussed or scarlet red. The design really did suit her personality with the Bohemian look that Andy mentioned.
Shannon and Bones – I like the little bit of feathery look without being overdone like you -know- who on Salt Lake City last week.
Gina and Anna – Gina didn’t love it, but is trying to be nice. It could be a little more fitted and tight at the top. The judges are not taking it easy on Anna. I think there was a misunderstanding when Gina said she likes shoulder pads and ‘structure.’ I don’t think she meant this harsh of a structure maybe ?
I think she’s also happier in something shorter, which I don’t think she communicated. She didn’t even tell her they couldn’t be gowns, so that was kind of important. I’m not sure that I’ve ever even seen her in anything with shoulder pads. Judges say this look doesn’t look like Anna, probably because she was trying to please Gina, who wasn’t giving her accurate info. But, whatever, as I’ve been saying due to the behavior and actions of another , as far as the Housewives are concerned, this isn’t that earth-shattering for them. Gina admits there was miscommunication.
Wendy and Kristina – you can already tell by her smug look, (even if I didn’t already know) that she is getting ready to throw the poor girl under the bus. I like the fabric color and the sheen. Nina didn’t like the fabric.
Wendy says she would have preferred a gown. Kristina tells the judges that she did say she would be ok with pants. I didn’t think she would go so far as to lie. I was hanging on to the fact she would find some integrity and compassion growing somewhere, somewhat like Grinch’s heart grew, to be like Gina, and just say it was miscommunication. I’m really tired of Wendy bashing, I know that’s hard to believe, but I really am. She had so many chances to realize her behavior was bad here, and she failed every time to correct it. Wendy continues to make smug faces. Was she seriously making everyone call her Dr Wendy ?
Gizelle and Aaron- Gizelle loves it and feels like the Suntan Barbie she wanted to look like. I agree with the color ! The pink tones on the Potomac Reunion were stunning. Oh, not to mention, it’s my favorite color.
Karen and Chasity – Karen loves it. The judges don’t think it was Pow Pow enough? I think it is. It’s sparkly and it fits her great. They also have to remember Karen is in her late 50’s, so I think Chasity was trying to keep that in mind. This dress was stunning and very flattering on Karen.
Back in the waiting room – Wendy tells Kristina she “bit her tongue and tried to be an advocate for her”? WOMAN — LIKE WHAT ??? On her Twitter page right now, guys, NOT PRETTY. I think she got jealous because the judges complimented Karen on being an (actual) advocate for her designer. Then she felt shitty. Typical narcissist, that thinks when they SAY something, that makes it true. She’s literally sitting there thinking, “Hey if I SAY I was her advocate, then POOF it WILL BE SO !!!” That idiotic statement was Wendy being defensive because she knows she was NO FUCKING ADVOCATE !! AND FEELS BAD BUT CANNOT ADMIT IT !!! Kristina looks like she wants to STAB her when she says that !!!
Judges convene. They love Shantall’s and Aaron’s design the best. Anna’s and Kristina’s not so much. One of these ladies is going and I am going to be sad.
On a more positive note – Shantall wins !!! (Luanne) and Aaron (Gizelle) is second fave !!!
I hope they go back to them, to have them design something. Maybe Lu will for her cabaret ? i found this article that says Gizelle already has Aaron working on a next season reunion design !!!
