After they return from their drunken clubbing night, (btw with Ben carrying a drunk Amanda into the house) At this point I’m going to have to go ahead and assume he wants viewers and the house to see he’s crushing on her.
When a man starts lifting up and carrying a woman around, and this is the second time that we’ve seen, he’s attracted to her.
Seems like a good time is being had by all. Kyle’s playing music. Everyone is dancing, and pretty inebriated, but happy-inebriated or so it seems.
There has to be some sort of editing issue, where we must’ve missed something. They fast motion everyone dancing, then ending up outside in the hot tub. Kyle, still in his DJ area, realizes everyone is gone.
I know he’s drunk, but he didn’t notice everyone starting to trickle outside?
Does he need to be verbally invited to join or what? He hears Amanda laughing and goofing around with everyone and is immediately triggered.
At the same time, his ‘all by myself’ thing is getting old. No pun intended. Like dude you don’t need an invitation to join.
So he needs some attention. He comes outside with his stupid speaker, and does a REALLY weird dance then condescendingly thanks Amanda for supporting him.
She in turn gives him ‘the look.’ He then says “fuck you” to her.
Again this ongoing Kyle and Amanda vicious cycle as I touched on last week.
She’s annoyed with him that he’s going out, DJing, being flirty with other women, possibly more, so she therefore ignores him and/or makes snarky passive aggressive remarks.
He’s mad at her for ignoring him and/or making snarky remarks so he therefore wants to be out all of the time getting stimulation and attention from others. This separation has been long overdue because they’re both too stubborn to admit to any wrongdoing or to meet in the middle.
This all takes place in front of everyone, so they’re all involved and naturally sticking up for Amanda because he does look like the asshole here.
Okay so Kyle venting to Ben is funny and a complete conflict of interest in a weird way, since Ben has this little thing for Amanda. Of course he’s taking her side.
She does ignore him. I think she freely admits that. She doesn’t care. She’s mad he’s DJing and doing questionable things while Djing and is punishing him.
She knows how much he hates it when she ignores him. She also knows he can’t control his emotions, especially when drunk, so she shouldn’t be shocked at these blow-outs.
By the way, the silent treatment does bother men a lot. I feel like women on’t really care when we get it.
We’re like ‘thank God I don’t have to listen to him, keep being mad.’
West checks in on her and is really sweet and urges Kyle to apologize.
Looks like the crew has called it a night since it’s like 2 or 3 am at this point, so all of the footage is from the installed cameras.
West and Amanda are in that side room/closet area. Kyle wanders in. West tells him to apologize.
Which he does, but he doesn’t mean it. He’s also drunk and still in his feelings so there’s that.
He quickly follows up the apolog with his excuse that she doesn’t talk to him. At his point you have to believe she’s doing it on purpose to piss him off, as sort of a tit for tat.
She asks how being paid attention to his defined, which is kind of a dumb question.
She doesn’t deny not talking to him at all. And as he’s trying to smooth things out, he decides its a good time to call her a fucking dumbass bitch.
West heads back to the bedroom after she leaves to try to talk sense into him.
You cannot reason with a drunk person, I don’t know why we’re all wasting our energy. It’s so ridiculous, because they’re in their literal bedroom, we’re they’re both going in and out.
West here trying to be a mediator talking to them separately, but not in private, is not working at all. I wouldn’t be opposed to some sort of mediation when everyone is sober, when they’re both participating.
It’s sad how well they got along in last week’s ep when there was a $10,000 birthday gift being given.
You did notice Amanda ‘talking to him’ that weekend didn’t you? I didn’t realize she was so shallow and materialistic. Guess I was wrong.

Next morning, the aftermath of the argument, and there’s chatter. Kyle is whining up a storm in his yaps.
I will say that the timing of the Djing really did coincide with Amanda talking about wanting to design swimwear.
But, Just to be devil’s advocate for a sec, what’s stopping her from doing this? Kyle’s DJing means he’s out in the evenings so, what are we doing girl? She has the time to do this. Instead of smoking weed, put your money where your mouth is.
Sit and sketch some damned bathing suits. Research how to get them made and out in stores and online. She definitely has a leg up over the average person, being amous and having the means and time to get this going.
Most viewers are women and would want to support her. Maybe Kyle’s behavior on the show is a big reason why Loverboy is doing poorly?? I might be wrong but I don’t think so.

Ciara and Mia talk in bed about the dinner convo the previous night about how they’re black and the rest of the house, other than KJ is not. This is the first time I’ve heard Ciara admit she’s black. I think she commiserated with Mya a few seasons back when poor Andrea called her by the wrong name by mistake, and she took it to the nth degree, over being called by the wrong name in grade school (The name he accidentally called her was the girl he was hung up on because she was thinking about her.)
She probably gets blowback from the female black viewers for letting these dudes walk all over her and accepts the bare minimum from them. And any time there’s a black cast mate she couldn’t be less interested. I can see certain viewers be bothered by this.
She does have a point, that you can’t help who you like, and who you are attracted to. But she didn’t even give KJ the time of day.
So to add the awkwardness in light of last night’s events, it’s the day of Kyle’s birthday extravaganza. Dressing as a senior is the theme, since Kyle is the oldest in the house.
Amanda fills Lindsay in, who slept through the meltdown.
Kyle had one of his typical tantrums, but there was no yelling, just a lot of quiet digs, jabs and name-calling.
Lindsay is definitely a more calmer and gentler Lindsay again this summer. But then again she’s not drinking heavily (so far) and she isn’t involved with anyone. Those two situations are what brings out psycho Lindsay
As Amanda recaps the argument, she tells Lindsay he always gets mad when she’s not hanging out with him.
Has she ever tried calling his bluff? As like a little experiment of sorts, and be more energetic, and ask him his fucking questions, have some wine, pay attention to him if you know what I mean, wink wink.
See if that changes anything. See if he stops taking as many gigs and staying out as late, etc?? I feel like that’s a lot of work for her.
It’s not surprising when Amanda says she loves acting like an old woman.
Lindsay is following her marching orders, clearly, and tells KJ that Bailey said Dara and Ben were in his room for an hour and she came out with different clothes on.
Now I get why Bailey was told to stay back this weekend. It’s more dramatic for her to not be able to be confronted right away.
Amanda to her credit, is doing a lot of the party cleaning up decorating and organizing for the man who called her a dumbass bitch last night.

KJ is ‘in his head’ about Dara coming to the house, and the new info he just learned. He confides in Carl about it who advises him to ignore the chatter.He
He is so awkward, but it’s kind of cute.
Ciara who HATES so much when the guys objectify her, plops down on the end of Ben’s pool chair, very scantily clad as West, Jesse and Ben are discussing ‘the fight.’ Remember last season when she sat and talked to multiple guys alone with her legs spread and and excessive underboob?
I kind of get the ‘fuck you eyes’ Kyle complains about.
He went up to her and did his sarcastic “thank for your support” shit and yeah he probably did get the ‘fuck you’ look. I mean what do you say to that??
Also isn’t he used to her ignoring him?? She probably already sold that watch at that point.
Ciara and the guys discuss whether or not Kyle even vividly remembers how he acted last night.
I’m really sick of hearing about how sucky sales are for Loverboy and how the business is ‘in trouble.’ If he’s this great of a business man as he tells us, why isn’t he doing something? It doesn’t seem like the DJing is helping Loverboy. It sounds like it’s extra money, and gets him out of having to be home Netflixing with Amanda.
Also maybe if he didn’t act so douchey, sales wouldn’t suck. Sorry but it seems like the packaging appeals to women more so than men (and it’s called ‘Loverboy’) and almost every summer he treats his wife like crap, so do the math dude.
As you hear Ben recapping a convo with Kyle about it, you can understand why Amanda doesn’t care about getting her ‘share’ of the company. Now if it was doing great, than different story. She’d be making all kinds of noise about how she ‘quit her job to work for Loverboy’ and she’s entitled to a chunk.
In reality I think she would have quit her job anyway after marriage, so I’m glad we don’t need to hear that. I’m pretty positive he didn’t have to ask her twice to quit her job. She probably had her notice in like .03 seconds after he suggested it.
Ciara tells the guys they should probably separate. Not too many would argue with that. But at the same time, this is on brand for her when giving advice to a friend with relationship troubles.
“They don’t have to LEGALLY separate.” Okay Ciara. Like no one ‘legally separates’ anymore. That’s just not a thing. See why she shouldn’t be giving advice?
But I do agree with her that they needed a break at this point, which they did take two months later in October 2025, and are still on.
I wonder if they’ll be a couple to just get ‘er done or procrastinate getting attorneys and getting a divorce. Even is she doesn’t care about a broke-ass seltzer company, and they don’t have kids, I’m sure there are things they’ll need to hammer out.
I feel like they’ll procrastinate.

Dara arrives. I’m a heavy packer, believe me, but the fact that she has th is huge suitcase for one night cracks me up.
She arrives to KJ feverishly putting groceries away, and wants no help.
KJ is acting like he’s not even happy to see her since he’s pissed she ‘was in Ben’s room for an hour.’ Allegedly.
Not to ask an obvi question, I know it’s rhetorical because it’s a TV show, but why didn’t he just go ask Ben about it?
Do I sound like a petty asshole to wonder why Amanda is still in her pajamas and can’t even run a brush through her hair?
Kyle must not recall what happened because he asks Carl if he knows what set him off. Kyle said he “kind of knows but doesn’t want to talk about it.”
Hmmmmm. I THINK, not that you asked, he heard Amanda being flirty with Ben. The whole Ben thing IS bothering him and he doesn’t want to say. You have to kind of respect him for not wanting to open that can of worms. Kind of.
Kyle’s whiney yaps are getting to be a lot.
I feel like he gets so mad because the others aren’t stressed out over a failing business constantly. I don’t know what he wants everyone to do.

What I find funny is how upbeat Amanda seems to be.

Is it a little weird that Dara would have changed in his room? Yes. Even if her ‘stuff was in there.’ Like get your bag and go elsewhere in the 6000 SF house to change your clothes.
The elders are emerging. I think it’s funny that West channels his inner Robin Williams and dresses as Mrs. Doubtfire. However, his wig was NOT on point. At all.
Karma makes a grand entrance. Of course she had to do the titties out, even if they were fake droopy ones.

I’m sure that’s going to go over GREAT. That is probably what’s behind the emotional outburst we see in an upcoming episode, where he tries to fight Carl. Now, I would pay to see that.
