Beverly Hills Reunion- 2/28/24 – Fashion Review!

Okay here we go Reunion Part 1. Again, with the tacky stage decor and backdrop.

I feel the need, before we dive into the nonsense, to address the ‘fashion fashion fashion.’ I’ll of course be chimin in on the red elephant in the room.

Clearly there was no color scheme here. They must be doing away with them. We even have Kyle in emerald, and Dorito in fire engine red, giving kind of a Holiday vibe. In February.

I will try to keep my fashion reviews short in the interest of time. I’m going to save the worst for last.

Kyle isn’t showcasing the cleavage for a change. Her dress I think, isn’t ugly, it’s fine, it’s just kind of basic. I think after that catastrophe last season maybe that was by design. Here’s a reminder, if you need it. It’s burnt in my memory forever. As is the booby squishing middle school dress from the season before.

Gaudy cheap looking sword-like earrings (that I thought she was going to stab Kathy with) weird buckles and straps, iridescence, (which doesn’t look great on camera) shoulder pads, big hair. Come on. Anyone that knows anything about fashion, and she claims that she does, knows less is more. You don’t overdo every single part of your look. That would have been the time to stick with her Marsha Brady hair she loved so much last season.

So I think that’s why she played it safe. I’m glad she’s doing different things with her hair this season. As you may know, I complained a lot about that last season. I don’t know what in the hell she was doing with this stupid pose though.

She looks like an elf kind of with her ear popping out from behind her hair. Who’s taking and editing these pictures? How would you not see that?

They’re magically delicious!

Erika Erika Erika. She did not learn from last year, wearing a very short, very stiff, very uncomfortable-looking dress that she can barely move in, and definitely can’t sit comfortably for hours.

These pointy Start Trek shoulder things have got to go. So not a fan of them. And the fact that her dress looks painful, is compounded by the fact that they have her between Dorit and Kyle, who are yip-yapping, and one-upping back and forth, sounding like two chihuahuas.

And yes, they’re still MY earrings!!

Is it really that urgent that Erika be ‘second seat?’ We can’t put these two next two each other so she doesn’t look so bored, pathetic and like a prop sitting there between Kyle and Dorito??

Like in ANY OTHER normal environment, someone sitting between two people arguing back and forth, would fucking move. I feel like it could have been kind of a moment, for her to say “look Andy I don’t give a rat’s fucking ass what seat order I’m in, (it is really juvenile let’s be honest) this is annoying as hell. Dorit, switch with me.” She may actually have come off as, I don’t know, funny, and not taking this all so seriously. Believe me, it’s not that serious. Some of these chicks on the FaceBook chat groups need to be reminded of that as well.

NO FUCKING WAY I’m giving up my second seat!

Sutton’s dress – I’m IN LOVE with the color. So cute, and the flower detail is fun, without being loud and gaudy. Most it all, it looks classy, and super comfy to sit in. As does Kyle’s, for that matter, it’s just lacking that ‘wow’ factor. I’m going to call Sutton’s my favorite. Garcelle second, the rest thumbs down.

I’m just going to say, Garcelle’s, Annemarie’s and Crystal’s are fine. I don’t love them, I don’t hate them. Actually I don’t like Crystal’s at all. It looks like hotel carpeting. Or curtains.

Annemarie’s official photo is really odd. Her head looks superimposed on her body. I don’t know who’s in charge of these photos for Bravo, but they suck at it. Probably the same idiot they have writing the tag lines. And why put Kyle and Crystal on a green background, with a green dress, and Sutton in a blue background with a blue dress?? Contrast people, contrast. Do I gotta tell these morons everything??

And now for Little Red Riding Hood. ‘Fashion Fashion Fashion.’

No no no.

So you know how they were all waiting for her, when everyone was seated on the couches already? They were not just waiting for her, for a mere five minutes. Try like 1 ½ – 2 hours. That’s why Andy made the comment about being glad he got here at 8:15 or something like that. They were all hanging around their dressing rooms for an hour and a half, when it was time to film, waiting for her to be ready. They even took their places, then still sat there and waited for her.

Meanwhile they could all see on her social media, posting away. This woman has no fucking couth what so fucking ever, nor any respect for anyone’s time.

And then to stroll onto the stage in what resembles my Little Red Riding Hood costume I wore to the Renn Faire in October, that I got at a thrift store for $3.00, (original price $45.00 though, it was still in the bag with the price on it.) as if she deserved to make this grand entrance wearing this ridiculous get-up.

I’m assuming, and I may be wrong, but probably not, this sort of oppressed woman, Middle Eastern look was not so much ‘fashion fashion fashion’ but inspired by the fact that she was claiming this season to be a minority, because she’s Israelean, when Garcelle confronted her about her racism.

Andy can’t stand her, in my opinion. He looks at her like I think we were all looking at her, as she gets seated. He issues a “wowww” but I think it’s more like a ‘wowww, we waited two hours for her to come out in a hooded robe.’

Oh for fuck’s sake whatta hell is this???

When she sits down in it, it loses whatever draping and interest it may have had, and looks like she’s wrapped in a blanket. It’s horrible. She’s a fucking dipshit.

And the gelled strand of hair curled ever so perfectly on her forehead, with the pulled back part looking like it was drawn on her head with a Sharpie?

But this is a bitch who ‘speaks fashion fluently.’ Little Red Riding Hood was really the way she chose to go??

And what in the FUUUUUCK is this face she’s making ???

I’m a minority you know!!
