Tonight is starting off with commentary about the dinner last night not being prepared by a chef – yes not only that, but not one single person having any clue to do any basic thing, even a “sous chef” that didn’t know how to do anything, but fry up (and ruin) some good cuts of steak!
No one could even look up a dang recipe or season anything. SHEESH !!
Just had a great idea – I think when they do the hiring of the rest of the crew, they should make sure that they have ONE STINKIN PERSON with BASIC GOOD cooking skills.
That’s my two cents for the day guys. (Malia didn’t pick up any skills from boinking two different chefs?? )
- There should not be any workplace environment where you are 100% dependent on one person. Anything can happen !! I realize now he was sort of faking it, but you could have a very real situation with the chef sometime, and have issues with obtaining a replacement. You need to have someone who can prepare food.

This Lloyd dude is something else. I’m liking him so far.
Do you see what I mean about the interior crew working so many more hours than deck crew?
ALL of the stews are still busting their asses in the middle of the night, feverishly trying to get the boat cleaned up, table cleared, dishes done etc etc…
Only deck crew I see that is doing anything is Lloyd screwing around with cushions, not really looking like he’s stressed or there is any sense of urgency, and the stews look exhausted and are hauling ass to get shit cleaned up so they can go to bed at some point.
Still waiting on the return of Mathew, so where did he spend the night? Well not a shocker, no one can even make freaking EGGS for these poor starving guests ?
Unbelievable. How do people eat? Do they just go out constantly? Eat disgusting frozen dinners?
So come again – Cheffy just admitted that his sudden departure was due to 99% anxiety ?

Guess they do not check references. Should he be on some anxiety medication? (that has been DECLARED OF COURSE, AFTER ALL MISS PERFECT MALIA IS ON BOARD !!!)

Again do we NOT check references? Does he know he is being followed around by cameras?
Will he ever work as a chef again after this? Not sure what they get paid to be on the show, but hopefully it’s a lot, and he knows how to invest, or has a back up. I know his food seem to be good, but this certainly does not LOOK good.

These guests are demanding mixies after mixies after mixies, think they’re punishing the crew for the horrific dinner last night? Sort of don’t blame then. Don’t mean to beat a dead lobster, but someone should have been capable of making steak and lobster tail correctly or looking it up and figuring it out.
And at this rate they are going to be passed out by lunch.

Really is above and beyond for the Captain to be helping to get the chef organized. But that’s Sandy!!
She does tend to micro manage but micro managers, in my experience, are also willing to be very helpful. It’s part of the whole micro -managing thing. They like be needed.

FUTURE Groom (possibly not) is FEELING NO PAIN at dinner. Fiance is getting pissy, so a spat ensues in the cabin – feel like I’m havin some deja vu from Sailing Yacht last year when there was supposed to be a wedding, and then they started brawling. Did that ever take place? I forget.
Woo hoo previews look good! Pag girl thinks she’s going to push Cheffy around since he’s such a “sweetheart.” But he puts her in her place … I LIKE IT !!
