We all scream for ICE CREAM !!! Okay, sorry but back to the ice cream issue, and I know you were all on the edge of your seat, to see if the ice cream ACTUALLY melted. The mishap being Eddie was super extra extra excited for his Below Deck acting debut, and he arrived at the beach, in like two seconds flat instead of 10 –15 minutes. I think the ice cream will be okay in the cooler for a few minutes. That’s assuming they will be done eating soon. I’ll reserve saying anything mean.
The ice cream is served, it didn’t turn into just “cream” and the world didn’t come to an end. Rachel needs to chill. She’s starting to act like that weirdo chef that Malina was banging.
Wes tries to flirt with Kaylee while everyone is at the beach, and he’s just so. Bad. At it. He invites her to meet him on the swim platform to chill, and I’m thinking she didn’t show. She was like “yeah sure…”
Rachel tells Eddie that she is buying a big old Bluebird bus and touring the country. I wonder if she has left yet? I wonder if she wants company??
I think Rachel and Heather make a good team. I like how Heather didn’t take the ice cream tantrum personally. She knows she’s stressed, and brushed it off like a sane person would. Say what you want about Heather, but a lot of chief stews would’ve gotten their panties all in a bunch over that. And went all nuts.
Sounded like Fras and Jake just make a date in Miami and sharing a room? Hmmm hmmmm wondering how that turned out ?? I’m curious how that went, actually. Well, I’m just being nosy. Maybe we’ll find out at the reunion.
Cap is dining with the guests on every single charter this season. I wonder if he actually “likes” this. I guess it depends on the guests. He seems kind of annoyed to have to sit there and make small talk. It’s hard to tell with him. Can dudes have resting bitch face ? If they can, he does !!
Dinner service is underway, and Rachel orders SILENCE!! No one is permitted to speak to her, or even speak period. Sensing a little stress on this last charter? I wonder what olive oil pearls are?
Rachel is serious about no socializing nor joking in the galley – like hardcore for reals-ies. She gets annoyed with Heather when she makes a joke. She seems to like Heather, but gets irritated with her easily. Or just takes shit out on her.
She screwed up the white chocolate box thingys she was making, by not double boiling them, and they’re wrecked. She throws them in the sink and storms off and is blaming it on not being ‘focused.’ (AKA Heather)
I sense an “eat my cooter” moment coming
Cherries Jubilee was the dessert for the evening. I probably sound like a dork, but this makes me so excited. I gotta tell you guys this. First off I love crepes. I used to make them here and there, but haven’t for a while. I came up with, sort of accidentally, this paring of Cherries Jublilee and crepes several years ago. After Rachel served strawberry crepes for breakfast a few weeks ago, I was inspired to make crepes too. I decided to do my Cherries Jubilee Crepes since it’s a rich winter time dessert, and uses canned cherries, and this isn’t the time of year in my area when fresh fruit is great. I posted it last week, but here it is, if you wanted to check it out. If you’re cooking at home for your sig other for Valentine’s Day, this would be an AWESOME Valentine’s dessert. (or if you’re going out, consider coming home for dessert – wink wink…)
Yet another Hamilton performance after dinner. This time Jake gets involved and Hamilton duels it out with Aaron Burr!! Captain seems—- not amused. Maybe it’s just the RBF again.
This complete dissing and ignoring of Heather by Rayna when she’s making small talk is getting old old old. If I were Heather I would be giving up at this point and getting the message. Surely she’s picking up on the fact that she’s getting punished.
But to Rayna, I would say, you don’t tell someone they’re forgiven (twice) and then act like this. She literally told her twice all was well, and they were moving on. I wonder if production is egging this on?
The last-charter guests depart, so I guess it’s okay with Madame Rachel to talk now.
Hamilton is given the opportunity to dock the boat, and success!!!
The end of the end of the end has come! They’re going out and Jake is excited, and ready to strip and show everyone his and ass and willy again. Now he’s is making out with Rayna in the van??
Heather is feeling the shaft from Rayna, who is being a little extra with her rude and dismissiveness. (it IS the last night, so she’s it getting all in) Fraser is comforting her and giving her advice on how to handle it.
This feels like a pressure cooker ready to explode. Rayna is getting tipsy and being passive aggressive, and mumbles under her breath at dinner. Fraser has really been trying to diffuse this, unsuccessfully.
Rayna is doing this weird thing of trying to be overly friendly to Kaylee, and talking about how much she loves her, to piss off Heather. She drunk which isn’t helping. She’s even saying that Heather is rude to Kaylee? That’s absurd. They’re besties. She’s drunk.
They get into a scuffle around the two vehicles. Heather again apologizes and Rayna is screaming at Heather. She tells Wes he’s not really black, again.
She gets calmed down. Whatever. Glad this is last episode of the season.
Jake randomly says “who’s up for anal?” Will this dude just come out all ready? It will be so freeing, I think, for him. And the viewers.
So Rayna and Jake are snuggling together now? How their friendship has evolved.
Packing up, and the tearful good-byes are on.
Everyone with the exception of Heather and Rayna are leaving on good terms. But, they do have a chat and hug it out. Again. I foresee her still being pissed at the reunion. She sort of admits the alcohol being a factor. I’m glad Jake came around and stopped being a douche like he was when he first became Lead Deckhand.
Fras and Jake leave together. I hope they have a great time in Miami!
Who thinks it’s refreshing to NOT see Kate Chastian’s mean miserable scowling bully ass anymore ??
I DO. The good-byes are always awkward when she’s on, because she typically only has ONE FRIEND (usually second stew – bullies always need an ally) and Lee who crushes on her – not sorry, in the entire crew. Everyone else hates her. That’s my opinion and I’m entitled to it. Lee let her get away with horrific, awful, bullying behavior week after week, on every single charter.
This was short and (mostly) sweet, but ready for this BD season to be done.

This was the worst season I have seen and I don’t like Smashton! But I believe I dislike Rayna even more, she’s a horrible person, just horrible! Liar, racist, 2-faced, foul mouth or just plain foul. Atleast Heather owned up to her mistake, even though it wasn’t meant the way people are thinking it was even her, I don’t think she remembers too much about it. When they all watch it they’ll all see.what really happened
i know this is such a sensitive issue, so i was sort of ‘afraid’ to give my point of view being mostly on Heather’s side. she was singing it, and it was in a rap song. she seems to like rap music so i don’t know. .. Heather apologized over and over and over. She told Eddie she’s “tired of talking about it” but then brought it up on their last night out. and then to make racist comments to Wes, kind of hypocritical.
