Picking up with Shannon, Gina, Jenn and Tamra at dinner on the trip where Tamra tells Shannon Gina is ‘worried about’ her drinking.
You would have a hard time convincing me that any of these broads are ‘worried’ about Shannon.
Kudos to Gina for then pointing out the only reason she mentioned that is because she was scolding Tamra for suggesting they ‘need to go far a drink’ after she bitched at her all last season over her DUI and drinking problem.
Tamra defends herself by saying cocktails are Shannon’s ‘love language’ and that’s why she suggested that.
So in other words, you’re admitting to being a bad influence.
This broad is atrocious.
She asks Shannon what exactly she needs to move forward. Shannon thanks her for the ‘kind gestures’ and admits she’s having fun on the trip, but that’s all she’s got.
She looks pretty annoyed by all of this. Tamra definitely needs to back the fuck off. She’s being totally obvious that the ‘making up’ efforts are disingenuous, and for her own purposes only
Shannon gives her some serious side-eye. Literally.
Tamra goes into total fake mode and tells her she hopes they can have ‘Shan-annigans’ tonight.
Then throws a napkin at her to be funny. but really wasn’t funny since she threw a napkin at Jenn last year to be a cunty fucking bitch.
Shannon still looks thoroughly irked with her.
So in a flash scene, Heather tried to talk to Tamra about her outbursts and told her that her father would have outbursts in public with the family when she was a child, and that it bothers her when she does it.
Tamra misses the point because she’s a fucking dumb ass dick and gets defensive that she ‘doesn’t have outbursts in public with her family!!’ And then never follows up with Heather to ask any questions or even pretend to be concerned.
Does Tamra understand that there is such thing as a bathing suit that’s not a bikini?
She keeps dragging Shannon (who is like 61) for not wanting to put on a bikini for some fucking reason.
The other crew goes to the Abbey.
Ohhh the Abbey! Heard of this place on VPR during Scandoval. Didn’t Rachel and Sandoval have some sort of Abbey interlude?
I think this is like a mini-Naked Drunk where they’re trying to get Gretchen to get drunk and do something embarrassing.
Tacos gets a thrill. This guy must be pretty strong!!
Gretchen drunkenly shares that Tamra banged a famous singer in the car.
I think it was a guy from 98 Degrees, Jeff Timmons, when she was supposedly trying to record a song. When she was married to Simon.
Tacos and Heather press Gretchen more about Tamra back at the DuBrow penthouse. Why does Tacos keep calling her ‘Gretchers?’
Emily is so fucking disrespectful and ghetto. Who starts whipping huge pillows aggressively in someone else’s bedroom?
Heather is visibly pissed, but says nothing.
They call Slade (naturally Slade would have it) for this video recording of Tamra trying to sing. Then they decide they don’t care.
Shannon doesn’t want to partake in the pot smoking, probably because she knows it’ll be thrown in her face at some point.
She says she has a cough so she doesn’t want to smoke.
Gina goes into her fake concern for her, essentially trying to make her feel pathetic because she’s single and her daughters are not living with her anymore. Does it look to me like she’s drinking again? Yes, it does, but they just NEED to back off.
Tamra tries to make small talk with Shannon as she’s trying to make breakfast and follow a recipe. Shannon tells her to shut up so she can concentrate.
Gina starts bitching about Travis’ ex again. You do realize there’s a lot more to the story as to why his ex is so pissed, right?
Tacos and Heather start grilling Gretchen, in front of Terry, which makes it so much worse about how she supports Slade and he contributes nothing financially to their household. Terry looks smug as the questioning begins. He seems to know what’s coming.
Who the hell asks someone if their “bank accounts are together.” and who pays for groceries. That’s no one’s fucking business.
Poor Gretchen look a little dear in the headlights right now.
I feel bad for her. This isn’t cool. Even if Slade IS a deadbeat which he is. He’s not just a deadbeat dad, a complete deadbeat. And a loser, and a moocher. But anyway, this is such mean girl bullshit.
If Slade has no job, clearly he doesn’t pay for anything.
Shannon admits to her group that she grew up in chaos with her parents divorce.
Then for some reason, Tamra decides to point out that her dad had a drinking problem. And you know exactly why she does that.
Shannon again shuts her down.
Tamra claims she was trying to help by saying “DIDN’T HE HAVE A DRINKING PROBLEM??????”
Then she tries to explain to Shannon how therapy works. She’s saying nothing that is genuine. She’s saying nothing that is helpful.
Gina tries to defend Tamra, and Jenn points out the comment about her dad wasn’t fucking nice. Gina just shut up. Crawl out of Tamra’s asshole already. It’s embarrassing.
