Well I’ll start off by saying the previews look insane. And by insane, I don’t mean great, I mean literally insane. First we have Kyle and Amanda arguing non-stop, it appears, yet still going through with the wedding.
Love Triangle after love triangle. Paige is juggling Craig AND Andrea, Lindsay juggling Jason from Winter House and Carl. (Jason, I don’t think is on the show though ?)
Still doing the Southern Charm cross with Craig and Austen. So they’re still involved for whatever reason. Ciara likes Austen, but Austen, for some unknown reason seems disinterested in her.
I’m now seeing that he’s dating Kathryn Dennis? They show a flash in the intro about Austen and a ‘Kristin’ in the tabloids? So i looked that up, and it seems he’s been involved with Kristin Cavalleri ??? And Craig has too ??? what is going on in Reality TV Land ??? Also they show a convo with Luke scolding him, you’re telling Ciara on thing, and her another thing…” Ok fuck boy Luke, back it down, doin a little pot calling the kettle black there.
There’s a preview of Danielle and Ciara throwing something red all over each other? What the what ? Why would those two be arguing? (looked more like cherry kool-aid than wine)
Everyone is driving to the ‘Summer House’ from the city. They’re all pumped, since last year at filming they were all confined to the house because, ya know why.
This house is of course insane, and this time when I say insane, I mean incredible as fuck. Carl is newly sober. This could get dicey for him, since you know how they all get completely shitfaced on the daily. He looks great and slimmed down.
What do we think of this bed though? I like rustic, but I’m having mixed feelings. Too much?
There’s a new intro, Mya, friend of Paige’s. Cute. She is out of a recent break-up, or break out. So she’s going to be looking to make a rebound love connection. Wonder who she’s interested in here. Carl asks Mya how she knows Paige, and she gets sort of snarky for some reason. “Like outside drinking in NYC, how do YOU meet people?” Poor Karl just tryin to talk to her. Maybe she didn’t mean it to come out like that.
Kyle says in his interview that this is “last summer” before he gets married, and he’s planning on letting loose. I’m afraid to see what “letting loose” will look like for Kyle, since his normal behavior is to get black out drunk every night. He also has been promoting this Loverboy shit he says, and probably another excuse to behave badly. Has anyone tried that stuff? I might have to for “research purposes.” I’m not even sure I’ve seen it anywhere, but haven’t really been looking. They’re like canned cocktails I think. These have become the rage in the last 3 – 4 years.
Luke is coming into this mix ?? (and Craig and Austen) He liked Ciara last summer, but she gave him the brush off seeing how badly he was treating Hannah, who liked him, and he continued to fuck with. If I remember correctly. I sort of thought this is who Lindsay was going to end up with.
Lord have Mercy. Can you imagine if Hannah were here? I wonder if she’s still with that older dude. Hannah gets such a bad rap on social media. Like really bad. I don’t get it. She didn’t annoy me that bad. She had her moments, as they all do. I don’t see how one can hate Hannah, but be tolerant of Lindsay. She’s the one that gets under MY skin.
Paige says Andrea did want to continue things after Winter House ended in NYC, but she did not. She still wanted to ride the single train, so she passed, and has been dating Craig from SC since he and his girlfriend broke up. Wow I’m getting a little dizzy honestly. She says it will be “interesting.” I would say that’s an understatement. Same house with two dudes you’re banging ?
Andrea arrives with newcomer, Alex. Cute, wearing a stupid sleeves cut off style t -shirt that my ex husband used to wear, so already I’m annoyed with him.
He doesn’t consider himself a “ladies man” when asked. Well I take that as a good sign. I’ll look past the t-shirt and give him a chance. He does seem like a decent guy actually. The girls make fun of his “hick” shirt – lol – that sounds about right. He seems like a worldly dude – He’s lived in several different cities and is originally from Hong Kong.

Andrea says he’s shocked at “how cute her outfit is” How sweet is he trying to be? Trying a little too hard? Maybe. But it’s cute.
He seems excited to see her. It’s cute. Does he like older women? I am built similar to Paige so if that’s his thing, I’d have that going for me. I’m kidding. Mostly. He says he’s sad that she just “disappeared.” She ghosted him sounds like? Thought only dudes did that shit.
Ciara says she’s interested in Carl. Didn’t they have some sexual tension/flirty moments last year? I think it was a bad time for Carl to be starting something new, so it didn’t really go anywhere.
She says she still has feelings for Austen. Lord have mercy. And super arrogant, thinks- all- chicks should -fall -at -his -feet Luke is still going to be added to this already annoying male energy.
Mya says that she is a baker/restaurant consultant. I thought so when she was excited about the ‘gourmet’ kitchen. Said no one on Summer House. Ever.
They go out on the town!
Lindsay is asked about Jason at dinner, and how she told him not to come. Sounds like she’s just not feeling this dude. I am foreseeing that I am going to want an espresso martini now! Good since I just got a bag of decaf.

Well Beverly Hills inspired me to make one last season because they were nuts over them.

Mya says that she was engaged for five years. Why does Amanda keep interrupting about HER engagement. It’s kind of different, because Amanda is with the dude she’s engaged to, so not sure what her point is.
Kyle is saying annoying shit, as usual. They discuss how they’re getting married in three months, and can everyone, ‘LIKE BELIEVE IT ???’ Paige is like, yeah we can believe it, we’ve been hearing about it for four flipping years. (they had to keep postponing due to the plandemic…) Kyle is literally already feeling no pain and they just got to dinner. He slurs to Carl – “Amanda is already pressuring me to buy a house and ‘get’ a baby, and I’m like does she understand finances?” Amanda looks pissed. She tells him to shut up. She looks like she knows this is going to be long night.
So Danielle still has this dude that was on like one ep of Summer House last year? That sort of surprises me because when he visited last year, he seemed like kind of a DUD, and I was seeing zero connection.
Andrea and Paige do this weird banter thing – “are you single???? yes I’m single, very single.”
Lindsay gets asked about her status, and freaks in Lindsay fashion. She’s mad at Carl now for just joking around with her about her. See, this is why Lindsay annoys me. Danielle says she’s going through things. Okay I respect that, but this IS her normal behavior.
I wanna go dancin in the Hamptons too! Carl said her going off on him at dinner is strange. No, it’s not really strange. Carl leaves when they’re all still out partying. That’s probably good. Lindsay also leaves.
They go right to their rooms and don’t interact at the house. Carl says Lindsay needs ‘cooling off’ time, he’s come to learn.
Paige is rocking these 60’s/70’s looks.
They’re all home and realize Kyle has been left behind. This is reminding of Home Alone right now. “Ke—- vin!!!!” I mean “ Kyy—yyle”
Amanda proceeds to dial him like 83 times. You get the sense she has been here many, many times before.
I don’t get why no one (Amanda) got into their vehicle and drove to the club, to retrieve his dumb drunk ass. Wouldn’t you do that if you were “worried? ” Guess it made more sense for Amanda to call him non-stop, break his hairspray and mousse bottles, and throw his suitcase on the front porch.
It’s 3 am (I must be lonely…) and Amanda is crying with Ciara and Paige, now in her bed, and she is what?? what do you think she’s feeling? Yep, she’s triggered. How about pissed off that your fiance is OUT ALL NIGHT ???
Triggered is more fun to say.
She proceeds to cry and tell the girls that due to his display of habitual drinking too much, and the strain on their relationship, that if she were to call off the wedding due to this, her parents made him sign a contract that he has to reimburse them for what they have spent on the wedding.
Uhhhhhh – come again? That’s her parents’ priority and main concern if their daughter were to marry a man with an alcohol problem, and blacks out, and stays out all night ?
So also, why this is stupid, if HE were the one to have reservations about the wedding/marriage, he might still go through with it, so he doesn’t owe her parents money??? So if they have to get divorced due to his drinking, does he still owe her parents wedding cash ?? this is fucked up in so many ways.
Well anywho- Kyle arrives home shitfaced and blacked out (guess he ubered ? ) to find the other two girls in bed with Amanda. When he wanders away they all leave, including Amanda who goes into another room. Kyle steps into the broken shit in the bathroom and is slurring shit to himself.
Guess he needs to go buy more gel…
Carl sees the suitcase out front in the morning, and fills Danielle about it. Kyle gets up and stumbles out to get it.
Ciara and Paige gossip about it the next morning. They think the ‘contract’ is fucked up too.
Andrea brings coffee to Paige and Ciara —IN BED. This guy, is he for real??
Does he have a single dad or older brother ??? I like Italian guys. Maybe because I’m a teeny weeny bit Italian. Therefore, I like Italian food, and Italian guys.
Moving on – Paige needed a You Tube video to make scrambled eggs?? Oh Lordy.
Carl comes to Lindsay’s room to discuss the previous night. She goes on to tell Carl that she was pregnant to Jason, and suffered a miscarriage.
I was reading that the covid vaccine is causing a lot of miscarriages when you get it in your first trimester. And it sounds like she received the vax in her early pregnancy before she knew. That makes this extra sad if that’s the case. This would have been our second Bravo baby !!! (the first being Jean-Luc and Dani from Below Deck Sailing Yacht.) If you missed that, see if you can find it. It was epic.
She actually sounds like she is taking it well. Considering she’s like 35 and wants to have kids. She goes on to say she would have had the baby. This is sad. That WOULD have been a cute baby. Jason is a cutie. And he seemed like a nice guy. And he cooks.
Kyle and Amanda discuss the previous night and Kyle gets all defensive and starts being rude to Amanda, and accuses her of harassing him. He says to her “you’re the issue…” (for smashing his shit) He also admits he saw all of the calls and didn’t answer since he “knew he was in trouble.”
Kyle starts screaming and being such a dick and tells her to shut up, and is taking no responsibility. Amanda, girl, this is NOT OKAY !!! I really do want to like Kyle, he seems to have his good moments, and I don’t think he’s a complete dick, but he also has his concerning moments. And this was one of them.
Kyle and Carl were on WWHL, so if you watched that, you do see that he was regretful of this behavior and trying to turn the blame around on Amanda.
That’s good – AT LEAST. AT LEAST.
