There’s a name and voice from the past right?
This was NOT on my bingo card for this season, or any season ever. I totally forgot about her. Sorry Fernanda.
What stands out for me about her time on OC, is probably not as juicy as she and Tamra making out, which I kind of forgot, but it’s when she had a gathering to celebrate her U.S citizenship, and was SO PISSED that Tamra didn’t attend, because she was moving.
She had just left Simon and was moving into her new place. Before she moved in with Eddie.
It was really a small intimate gathering at her apartment. I recall thinking she was being pretty extra about it.
Now that I see the clips that were played, and her googly eyes towards Tamra, I guess there was more to it. Seems Fern had a legit crush on Tamra.
I think Tamra pretends to be bisexual because she thinks it makes her cool and relatable. She’s married to bisexual guy so… maybe it makes sense for her.
Fernanda is back as a fitness instructor, and Tamra, Heather and Jenn attend a class.
They quickly get into discussing Jenn’s son, and that weird talk where she ended up wanting to be babied and coddled. I guess she can’t see how replacing their dad with her side piece wouldn’t be an issue for her kids.
To be fair, it doesn’t seem like the dad is making any kind of effort, but as I said last week, I think he’s such a diabolical douche that he’s doing that to punish her.
And I think Jenn is making that pretty easy for him by not giving him any set ‘custody’ time.
Tamra is again bitching at Heather for not being her ‘real friend’ which is a stupid story line, because other than Gina and Emily, NONE of them are real friends.
I’ve said before, Heather would NEVER consider any of these women actual friends. And why does Tamra keep calling her a ‘people pleaser?’ She’s the furthest thing from a people pleaser.
She don’t give a fuck what these bitches think.

Well apparently this scene with Vicki and her son is causing quite the stir. It seems to be reigniting the awful clips on OC when Brianna was first with Ryan ten-ish years ago, and how he displayed some difficult, and let’s say alarming behavior.
Namely when he scolded Lydia’s mom for having her feet on Vicki’s couch. I think she was having a foot pain situation, and laid on her couch during a party, and Ryan went OFF on her.
After everyone left, Vicki tried to talk to him and he was being a total douche and became irate that Vicki “didn’t side withhim.”
That sounds fucking familiar. They always want you to ‘side with them’ when they’re acting like a fucking tyrant and unable to regulate their precious little four-year-old-like emotions. Like NO, I’m NOT siding with you because you’re a fucking idiot.
So Michael mentions that he hasn’t seen Brianna in eight years, and hasn’t even ever met the second round of the two younger kids. He seems genuinely bothered about it, and disappointed.
Vicki has no input on this, and I’m sure that it does bug her.
She goes on in her yap to talk about how she doesn’t like that they’re far from her, and reassures us that they “talk all the time, they FaceTime.”
Wellll, I don’t think that’s even true. I think she was trying to sugarcoat and minimize the situation.
She seemed to focus more on the fact that they both lived out of the area, and not what’s going on that the only two siblings haven’t seen each other in almost a decade. I was also surprised she didn’t say more about Brianna or her kids.
Michael replied to a social media post from a viewer that he should visit her, and he explained he tried a few years ago, (despite not being invited) and Brianna said that it’s not a good time. Michael further shares that he doesn’t get along with Ryan, and that was probably why she declined the visit.
Back to the episode of Ryan being pissed off at Lydia’s mom, I honestly didn’t recall it being as bad as what it was.
Vicki tried so hard to reason with him tell him that wasn’t appropriate, (especially when it’s not even his home) and he got extremely agitated and yelled at Vicki for not taking his side. He even ordered Vicki to ‘NOT HUG HER’ (Lydia’s mom) when she was trying to console her (I think she has since passed away.) I doubt if he ever apologized. I am sure to this day he considers that reaction justified.
Brianna was in the middle of this exchange and you could tell she agreed with her mom but felt the need to side with Ryan. They kept repeating “it was a brand new couch.” It was really, really bizarre. And the way he talked to Vicki was unacceptable.
That scene is getting a LOT of renewed attention on social media due to Michael’s comments on this episode about not seeing her for so long. Viewers are immediately speculating it’s because of Ryan’s controlling and possibly abusive behavior.
That makes me feel bad for Brianna, because I am sure Ryan is not happy about this being revisited. You can bet your bottom dollar Michael won’t be invited for a visit now, ever.
I also came across comments on ‘X’ that Michael is allegedly gay and that’s why he wanted to ‘relocate’ so far away, possibly to do his thing, and avoid having to come out to his family.
That could be why the very conservative militant Ryan Culverson doesn’t get along with him.
That seems like a dumb reason to isolate your wife from her only sibling. Unfortunately, that’s how some people are though.
IF this is the case. This is all speculation.
It could also be that given how we know he disrespects women, he may treat Brianna poorly, and that could be the rift. Ryan doesn’t want her around her brother if he knows that Michael may be sharing his concerns.
Moving on, Michael seems like he has a pretty good gig right? ‘Running her life insurance division remotely.’ From Hawaii, and then Spain. Something tells me he’s not sitting at a desk from 9 – 5 Mon – Fri. Or sitting at a desk at all.

Tamra, Jenn and Carmella meet for a drinks and eats. Jenn and Tamra are besties again I guess.
They immediately discuss the famous, or infamous, not sure, Dior bag.
This purse has become like a 9th Housewife. She should be drawing a paycheck.
Gina’s seemingly jealous because: a. she can’t or wouldn’t give someone a gift like that, and b. she actually wants the bag.
Emily should throw her a bone and give it to her.
And what’s this that Gina’s concerned because she feels ‘protective’ of Emily? Is this fucking purse going to explode or something?? So dumb.
I personally think Carmella did want the accolades and recognition for such an extravagant gift, but at this point we need to move on. Who cares.
There are far worse personality traits in people to pick on. It’s why we have Tamra. We don’t need to drag someone for wanting validation and thanked. And perhaps she does like to buy nice gifts for people.
She is kind of making me laugh though for being annoyed at the ladies talking about her finances when she offered the $35,000 monthly rent info. She’s calling it tacky that they’re discussing it. Then it’s also tacky that she happily divulged the info, right? Am I crazy??
I do think when people ‘complain’ about something costing so much they are wanting to let you know they can afford it. So that massive mansion that I was so impressed with that she’s filming in with her kids, is this rental? Okay well I’m no longer impressed. I find it hard to believe she needs a ‘rental’ that big, at a cost of 35g per month.
Also why would you pay that in rent? But that’s a whole other conversation.
She switches to her real estate career that they’re also ‘very interested’ in. I think Tamra dabbled in real estate once upon a time, and wasn’t very successful, so I’m sure she thinks she knows about the business.
She claims she takes ‘select clients.’ I don’t know about that. I do think she’s a little bit full of shit, but whatever. I have a hard time believing she’s so in demand that she’s turning people away.
Tamra wants to know exactly what she does pertaining to real estate.
She offers that she got into it when she and this horrible dude she’s with (I could just tell by looking at him) were building a house together, then split up because he was cheating of course, (they always do) so then decided to abandon the project, get her license, and finish the home and sell it. She claims she made over a million on that transaction.
Tamra’s looking kind of jelly. Not sure why when this pretend CBD or whatever business her and Eddie supposedly have is some multi-million dollar operation.

So it seems fitting we go right into a scene of Carmella at a listing appointment. But I thought she did all of this ‘development’ stuff. This just seems like a regular listing appointment of a guy selling his house that HE renovated.
She does seem like she’s a regular Realtor. I don’t know why she feels the need to throw in all of these other adjectives. She loves this “down to the studs” phrase.
I’m assuming this guy was a ‘select client.’

Vickie arranged for Tamra and Shannon to spend time together on a whale-watching boat trip. Heather is along for the ride so she doesn’t cry I guess.
Right on brand, Vickie hates Carmella because she’s new and hot.
Heather scolds her as if she isn’t also judging Carmella.
Shannon and Tamra make plans for Shannon to help her decorate for her gathering that she’s hosting. Shannon insists it’s “just an olive branch.”

Shannon arrives to help with the decorations as promised.
I see Gina has a new yap look. Not sure this is much better. What’s with all the brown? They’re all wearing it. I don’t care if it’s trendy or not, I’m not wearing fucking brown.
Another fashion police moment. Vickie asks the driver to help her ouf of the car because she has a “bum knee” but she’s wearing six-inch platforms. He looks extremely annoyed. She’s been having a habit of using service industry people for crutches. I sure as hell wouldn’t be wearing those if I could barely walk.
Conveniently Carmella is absent from this event, so her real estate career is the focus of conversation. Vicki thinks she doesn’t legit live in OC, so she’s mad about that.
Okay so this whole developer thing. The part that’s not accurate about this, is the ‘developer’ is the person or people that finance a project.
Unless she’s actually purchasing the land or the homes herself she’s not the developer. I think she’s possibly a decorator??
My takeaway, as someone who knows a little about real estate due to my mortgage background, is that she lists the home of flippers and/or developers.
Perhaps she is involved with her clients in the renovations, design, giving her input and a woman’s touch, (since it’s often men that do this) but she’s not the actual ‘developer’ if she’s not financing the project.
If she did tell these ladies she doesn’t sell real estate, that’s not true at all. Vickie said on the boat she wanted to catch her in a lie, so through the magic of Bravo, here’s a lie!!
Enough of that. I feel like I’ve talked this to death.
This little gathering has split into an inside group and an outside group, so they can talk about each other.
We’re rehashing the Jenn being obsessed with Tamra thing.
It’s the Friend-In-a-Box game, due to Heather’s ‘compartmentalization’ of her friends’ good and bad qualities. Wow that’s a long word, and I spelled it right on the first try thank you very much.
Everyone’s taking their critiques pretty well until Vickie gets called a Debbie Downer.
Heather is on deck, and we already know this is going to be bad. She seems to be something of a martyr as of late. Poor Heather doesn’t have a close friend in the group, always getting her feelings hurt… Blah Blah Blah. We fel so bad for Heather.
Tamra gives her a ‘social bestie’ label. Then this ‘obsessed with Tamra’ argument starts that we knew was coming between Heather and Jenn. Heather tries to explain why she said what she did, but keeps getting interrupted. I hate that too.
When someone keeps interrupting you, it means they’re not even listening. Which is annoying, especially when someone asked you to explain something. I don’t know if that’s autism, or narcissism or what kind of ‘ism’ it is, or if it’s just being a fucking idiot. But if you do it, stop it. Shut up and let people finish their fucking thought.
Emily in her EXTREMELY hoarse voice (found that to be ironic) starts yelling at Heather to shut up, telling her she’s been talking non-stop. I know we’re not seeing every second of footage, but that didn’t seem to be the case. At all.
No Emily you don’t seem to have ‘a voice’ because you never shut the fuck up.
Ya know I was getting ready to commend how much happier skinny Emily is, now never mind. You know she’s agitated when the arms start getting blurry in my pics. I don’t even get WHY she’s agitated.
Heather puts her in her place and she does finally shut her taco hole. OMG I just remembered I nicknamed her ‘Tacos’ last season.
It does get addressed how the ‘obsession with Tamra’ thing is bothering Jenn because last season Tamra also accused her of being obsessed with her.
I can’t fathom that Heather forgot that. She apologizes for using that word. Jenn seems to be standing up for herself more this season.
As they move to the next box, Heather looks pissed. She looks like she’s fuming actually.
Tamra doesn’t want Shannon to hold grudges against her anymore, and tells her she loves and adores her. She AGAIN says she’s sorry.
OMG. Okay Tamra.
Shannon thinks the apology is genuine.
I think they’re already feuding on social media.
