Zhuzh up your fries !!

This was inspired by Below Deck on last week’s episode when Rachel pulled off the truffle dinner with no truffle oil.

frozen french fries

truffle oil

any type of mushroom

olive oil

fresh parsley

salt & pepper

Sautee sliced mushrooms in olive oil just until soft.

Measurements will depend on how much you are making. I only made a small serving, so used about ½ cup of mushrooms. use more if you are making bigger serving. Add some fresh parsley, salt and pepper.

Bake or fry fries according package directions. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add few drizzles of truffle oil to fries, (a little goes a long way!) and add sauteed mushrooms on top, and more fresh parsley!

So tasty!
