Sandy doesn’t need to act like this when there’s a little kerfluffle. And I don’t need some goody-two-shoes Sandy fanatic to say ‘it’s a safety issue.’ Save it. This was about carrying plates to the table. There’s a way to constructively critique an employee. You don’t attack them like that. It was NOT that big of a deal. Could Luka use some improvement in organizing the breaks? Yes. But if that’s his biggest issue, I don’t think that intense reaction was necessary, Sandy Captain Sandy. Slow your roll.
I have to admit I’m shocked she’s talking to a deckie this way, and not a stew. But still, this level of harsh is not necessary.

And not to further discredit Sandy and her complete and utter incompetence as a leader, but Luka points out there were two other stews that could have helped with service, that were cleaning cabins that could have easily stopped for twenty minutes to carry fucking plates to the table. Just further proves my point that Captain Creepy was dying to throw her weight around. It was NOT that big of a deal. She needs some of Hannah’s valum and weed pen for crissakes. Or a good vibrator, or something. She’s probably all tense because she hasn’t been able to creep on any of the girls, and pull them into the bridge for no reason so she can leer and stare.

And Jess complaining about having to help Lily? Talk to your fucking boss about being overjoyed that Nat was leaving because she was fucking jealous and threatened. That’s called a toxic work environment. Makes sense that Captain Creepo is allowing it.
Lara is pissed and rightfully so, that she was awakened to carry plates, as if the mother-fucking boat was on fire, and now her schedule is all fucked up because she was on the late night shift.
Also Luka was back from taking the mentalist back, and could have carried fucking plates. That freak-out session was NOT NECESSARY. Manage your emotions woman, you know, like you were preaching to Kyle?? While I agree he shouldn’t have had all three deckies down at the same time, there was a better way to handle and reprimand him in a calm professional way. And Luka has never been a bosun before this, so come on.
And Lara echos what I have been saying, I guess she was listening, that they make the biggest fucking deal ever out of ‘service.’ It’s just carrying fucking plates up. Thank you Lara. Not that I needed validated. I knew I was right.

Lily, the new girl that they’re all bitching about, used her common sense, that no one else seemed to have, and even said to Jess when she heard the calls, “should we go help??” Jess with no hesitation, answered, “NO!”
Sandy wanted to fill the quota and bitch at deck crew, since it’s been pointed out that she criticizes the interior constantly.

Amish, I guess doesn’t get out much. He is determined to get all sloppy drunk by himself when everyone else retires. He wanders around the boat, literally lost, looking for the hot tub. Kyle tells him that his panties are wrapped around his foot. Wow. Embarrassing.
I can’t even listen to Tumi piss and moan about Lily. She was so anxious for Nat to leave so fucking suck it up.
I seem to recall Sandy referring to the third stew as an ‘entry level position’ to Hannah when she was whining to Sandy about her third stew. Sandy ordered Hannah, that it was her job to train her. Let’s see how this all plays out when the chief stew is NOT Hannah, I have a feeling it’s going to be a lot different.
This dude continues to wander about the boat drinking, yelling “hot tub!!” and clearly needing someone to keep him company.
Does he need rocked to sleep?? What a weirdo. The entitled prick wanders into the crew area, and proceeds to open the doors of the crew’s rooms. You would think, even in his drunken stooper, that after he opened the first door and saw Jess and Lily in bed, something would have clicked that, hmmm maybe I shouldn’t be doing this. Instead he opens two more cabin doors.
Kyle is off in lala Kyle land. He should know this ding dong is still up, drunk and be aware of what he’s doing. He can barely even walk, which is proven, when he trips down the stairs, and breaks his glass.
The shattering glass gets Kyle’s attention. They tell him to get the hell to bed.
Kyle feels the need to wake up Sandy to let her know about Amish. Kind of think that could have waited until morning, but okay.
Lily addresses the white elephant that is Kyle, and lets him know very nicely and gingerly, that he made her feel really awkward on the night out when she was talking to Jack, and went on a rant about picking sides.
Between both their accents, and the poor acoustics in the laundry room, I don’t know what the hell they said to each other, but it seemed positive and they ended up hugging.
Lily seems to be fine now, well better, in the laundry, and based on what I’m seeing, does seem eager to learn, and wants to do a good job. She doesn’t seem like a slacker. She just doesn’t know, and is looking for guidance.
Sandy has a chat with Primary and tells him Amish needs to get it together or he’s getting ousted.
Her crew is her priority, she claims. Yeah okay Sandy since when?? That was obvious last night when you disrespectfully screamed at Lara and Max to get up for no fucking reason whatsoever.

Primary addresses his stupid drunken behavior in a respectful way and he seems to comprehend. It’s not complicated. Barging into people’s fucking bedrooms is fucked up. The Jack and Kyle tension continues. Kyle seems to want to squash it.
Lily doesn’t do a good job at her task of cleaning the cabins, and Tumi lets her know. Apparently there was miscommunication on what rooms needed to be done. She mutters about how much she sucks instead of helping her.
Kyle continues his supposed regret at the way he’s been behaving. Sick of listening to this blubbering bafoon.
Lily decides to keep a list on her ipad to help with staying organized, and for some reason Jess decides to bitch at Tumi about this.
The girl can’t do anything right, because they don’t want her to do anything right. She’s getting no positive reinforcement whatsoever. Tumi bitches at her for using her ipad instead of writing it down. Like what the fuck is the difference?? Tumi tells her using her ipad ‘causes problems.’ WHAT are you talking about??
Nat keeps texting Jack and Luka, and as we know she makes an appearance. This seems to be a thing now.
Sandy apologizes to the deck crew for her spazz attack, because she wasn’t ‘aware’ that two stews were in cabins. My point is, as captain, she should have had her ducks in a row, and not been so reactive.
She SHOULD apologize. She should have learned from last BD season to know what the fuck is happening, before she starts going off on people. Did she apologize to any of that crew? Like Fraser? Alissa? Or Hayley??

Kyle and Jack chat, and Jack tells him he doesn’t respond to his shit, and that’s why he just shut down. They head right back to the boat after dinner with absolutely no drama, at all.
Hayleigh is sick and leaves the boat to get checked out.
Tumi speaks to Sandy about Lily, and I don’t think she’s being fair in her assessment. Why isn’t she telling Tumi ‘it’s an entry level position, and it’s her job to get her up to par.’ Told you this would be different. She’s so inconsistent. The girl is willing to do the work, she just needs to pick up the pace.
Sandy doesn’t ask for specifics at all, she just tells Lily that she’s getting one more chance, and if she doesn’t deliver, she’s off the boat.
I think that Lily is taken aback because it seems like she thought she was doing better.
