True story, I started this off on this Mean Monday, with every intention of featuring Stassi Schroeder, previously of Vanderpump Rules, in a mean moment. I am sure there are plenty of them. She was knows for not liking very much Scheana, as well as new cast members, who she felt “didn’t belong.”
Then I came across this little gem, so I flipped the switch to Tom Sandoval being the ‘Mean Girl’ focus this week. Do you all remember this ep when Stassi had the planned -in -advance book signing engagement at Tom Tom? Sandoval got all up inside his own asshole, and decided they were “too busy” to host the event, and sent Stassi a bunch of nasty ass ‘Mean Girl’ type messages late the night before, telling her they were too short staffed to host the even or some shit. (Now, guys, he’s too big and important to get his entitled ass behind the bar and make some drinks – he does own like .001% of this bar, now. )
Stassi approaches him and goes NUTS, and sorry but I think she was justified. She could have been a little more calm and professional in her approach, but she was pissed. And I have no room to judge in that department. “Selfish egotistical piece of shit!!! ” Think that pretty much nails Tom Sandoval.
She’s right – what IS wrong with fifty people in your bar buying drinks? Patronizing your business? Oh, nothing is wrong with it. He just needed to wave his dick around a little bit.
You can tell that Sandy knows he was wrong, and has no defense. He just keeps repeating “wowwwwww.” and “you never do anything wrong.” Which is not really the point in this moment, whether or not she does anything wrong. Just stands there and looks (more) stupid. A lot like he did on the recent reunion what Katie was calling him out on his laziness with the new bar.
You can also tell that Schwartz is not on his side at all. But Schwartz being Schwartz does a really shitty job of telling him that. And you can see in real fucking time, how he manipulates Schwartz, and talks down to him like he’s four.
“No offense, Schwartz, but you don’t know what the fuck is going on and I do…”
Please Sandoval, you have the intelligence of a brick. I was slightly proud of Schwartz for telling him he was belittling him and being condescending, which he definitely was.
Lisa thought he was in the wrong too, and gave him a talking to, if I remember correctly. Overall bad look for Sandoval.
