Parm Crusted Salmon

4 T Sour Cream

4 T Mayo

4 T Grated Parm Cheese

2 -3 T Sliced Scallion

2 – 3 T Chopped Parsley

1 tsp Worchestershire sauce

1 T fresh lemon juice

salt & pepper to taste

1.5 – 2 lbs Fresh Salmon

I like to skin the salmon.

Stir all ingredients together and spread generously over the top of your salmon. Don’t be shy.

Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for approx 10 minutes, more if your

salmon is thicker.

This will be better than Kyle’s salmon I promise, and your company won’t need to request TAR TAR sauce. (PK)
