Breaking down the ladies’ looks from last week’s show and the luncheon from hell ! I did like MOST of them .
NOT – BOOBS AND BOOTS – wasn’t super into Meredith’s short coat dress and thigh high gold boots. It’s not like I didn’t like it all together — it was cool. Just on Meredith, and the fact that it was an at-home look didn’t seem to be the right occasion, and maybe a tad young for Meredith. And she is putting the boobs on display this season !!
HOT – Jennie’s lime green jacket and matching purse and most importantly, the matching drink !!!! The color of the drink was a little off putting, but hey it matched her outfit !
All Right now for the Luncheon from Hell at the “ International Peace Garden”
A lot of yelling and fake crying at the “Peace Garden.”
NOT – wasn’t feeling Lisa’s long green kimono thing. I know that SHE was super into it, as she bragged about how cute she thought she looked, and described every part of her outfit. It was okay, just not all that. I get the look that she was going for, but wasn’t working for me.
HOT – Loved Heather’s white and gold striped sequinney sparkly dress. Thought she looked great. Also loving one of her confessional looks – this rainbow sparkly mock turtleneck top. So cute !!
HOT – Mary’s yellow dress with long black overcoat was cute. Looks like she’s a Steelers fan ! She walked into the park muttering about dressing in formal wear for a park. There is no law that you need to ALWAYS wear 5 inch heels is there ?
NOT – Jen’s dress wasn’t awful, and wasn’t really memorable. Kind of meh. I didn’t get a great pic of it. Wasn’t feeling that really long weave or wig down to her ass. The night it aired, Twitter has a lot of comments of how lovely everyone thought her natural hair looked in this scene with Coach. I would have to agree with that. I don’t know what is with all of the wigs and weaves on all of the housewives, but they seem to be kind of overdone.
HOT – Meredith’s dress was pretty. Loved the color of course.
HOT – I didn’t get a good shot of Jennie’s entire dress, but I liked the color of hers too, and it was sweet and feminine. Her hair and make-up was really pretty too.
HOT HOT (and CUTE) – AND MY FAVE !!! Whitney’s lavender hounds tooth mini-skirt and blazer. The tube top didn’t thrill me under, but the rest was really cute. Also on Twitter, or maybe one of the FB chat groups, said this came from —– wait for it —— Forever 21 !!!!!!! FOREVER 21. Would you have thought Whitney would shop at Forever 21? Well despite that, I loved it !! I did try to find it, but it must be sold out. There were other items in this similar large hounds tooth print. Does anyone out there have this ???
