So the news came out around this time about her legal troubles, where the records are now ‘sealed.’
How convenient is that? I don’t mean to be the voice of reason here but if she (most likely Todd) went to all of the trouble to have these court records hidden from the public, I’m just going to go out on a limb and say it must be embarrassing. I would say there’s truth to the stolen identity, fraud and/or theft.
I don’t know much about court docs being ‘sealed’ so I did a quick lookup, and it’s not something that happens overnight.
“Records are sealed by filing a petition with the court, which is reviewed by a judge who decides whether to grant the request. The process involves demonstrating that the sealing is in your best interest and not contrary to the public interest, meeting eligibility requirements, and waiting for the court to process the petition. Once sealed, records are kept from public view but are not permanently erased and can often be.”
I’m sure a lawyer is involved, and those aren’t exactly free.
She seems to want to concentrate on the eviction when she owed back rent in college. Which of course is so NOT a big deal. But the other stuff, it kind of is.
It’s probably production who ‘leaked it.’ They probably also knew Lisa would get blamed and become unraveled. All of which happened.

Bronwyn arrives by boat in the ocean where the yacht is parked. It’s clear these yachts don’t go very far into the water.
She arrives in a life preserver outfit. Of course she does.
Britani gets dunked again.
Angie starts getting seasick. That stuffed animal that Britani has. I just can’t with this woman. She needs help.
Since Bronwyn shares a cabin with Britani, she starts drilling her about the headlines in which Bronwyn of course denies. I think it is true, but you know “records are sealed. Sorry.”

In her yap she says the info about in the headlines are ‘speculation’ because the ‘penal codes’ are public knowledge. I did a little search on that, and below is what I found. Maybe she shoplifted? Who knows. Honestly, she’s a nobody. She was a young girl who married a grumpy rich old man. I guess if you’re going to marry a mean grumpy man that treats you like crap, you should at least marry a rich one. Ya can’t really blame her.

When the Housewives get themselves into an embarrassing pickle, past or present, they always use their kids as this go-to excuse as to why they don’t want to discuss it. If you’re so worried about your fucking kid being embarrassed, then why are you on the show?? That’s what I would say.
She also starts going into Todd and his very important career and how it’s affecting HIM that this is a thing. So not to beat a dead horse, but then why are you on the show?

The subject quickly gets addressed at lunch the second Bronwyn sits down. She immediately blames someone at the table for ‘leaking it.’
Supposedly there is an incident from 2021 being referred to, and she dismisses that. As I pointed out she’s happy to discuss all day long the eviction snafoo twenty years ago to get the attention off of the more ‘serious’ and recent possible crimes.
I feel like she’s trying hard to look extra nonchalant and chill. When she starts rambling about back rent when she was 19, Mary questions why would that even be newsworthy since it’s extremely minor? She’s right. I guess that’s being reported because added to the actual issues, it makes her look chaotic.
The 2021 allegation she claims, is from when she cooperated at her job in regards to someone else being in trouble, not involving her. Yeah, no. Makes no sense. Nice try.
And this is the incident in which the ‘records are sealed’ if I’m following? Or not? Or was that the theft from a longer time ago? I feel like her stories are contradictory and confusing.
So if nothing incriminates her, then why is it sealed? There just seems to be a lot of holes in her claims.
I guess it’s a good question that if all of this is ‘no big deal’ why is she so upset about it? And almost didn’t come on the trip? If it was just this cooperating with authorities about a coworker thing.
She accuses one of the Housewives of giving this news to the press. To be fair, though I am sure the ‘press’ digs into all of the Housewives’ past and this is why. There often is some past drama and I think that’s a big reason why they get cast.
Lisa speaks up saying she doesn’t think anyone would do that.
Of course they all think it was Lisa. Bravo loves when Lisa gets accused of shit she didn’t do.
Yeah it’s a little suspect the way she keeps talking and talking how she can’t believe anyone would do that, but her reaction over the accusation seems to be a lot if she knows she did it.
Whitney asks how they’re getting detailed information? Girl. What? It’s fucking called the internet.
Lisa mentions how dirt was brought up about her and her ‘dismissed’ lawsuits, making herself look guilty. Lisa may have mentioned this all to someone but that doesn’t mean she herself ‘leaked’ it. I feel like this probably was already even brewing before that.
I do think they use Lisa as a scapegoat. She’s right
Whitney convinced Angie to get in the water when she was already seasick. Good job Whitney.
Britani is trying to hook up with any dude on the crew, even the male stew who has to be gay. I’ve never seen a straight male stew yet, just saying.
She tells this dude she’s a ‘real estate developer.’ She “builds and sells, builds and sells.” She repeats that like four times. She’s literally just an every day idiotic Realtor who sells houses. She sounds insane. She’s literally trying to impress a gay guy half her age.
Bronwyn tells Whitney Lisa called her ‘Conwyn’ when they were arguing at Amy’s and it’s the same name she’s being called on a Twitter account.
They flash the scene and she was actually called Fraudwyn by Lisa. Which does make it appear Lisa did know about these charges, but remember she’s supposedly friends with Bronwyn’s dead baby daddy’s parents, so it makes sense this may have come up.
I feel bad for Angie. She looks miserable but somehow still pretty. So nice of Mary to stay with her.
You just know this dinner is going to go way down hill. Heather is dying to pounce on Lisa.
But not before Bronwyn blabs about some shit talking Britani did on Meredith and Lisa.
Meredith does look like she’s having a seizure when she’s melting down.
And how darrrrrrrrrrrre you say she has seizures when she has a chiiiiiiiiiilllllldddd that DOESSSSSSSSS have seizuresssssssssss!!!!?????
One of her kids probably had one seizure twenty years ago.
Water gets thrown and no one said ‘Jared.’ Whitney runs over and stands behind Heather with her hands on her shoulders. Weird.
The dude stew starts vacuuming the glass as they continue to yell and completely act like he’s not there.
I think the ladies with the stringy extensions definitely should have worn their hair back. Except Lisa of course who uses Kerastase for her smoothness. If you look at everyone else’s hair and then hers, the shit does seem to work.
Heather officially accuses Lisa of being responsible for Bronwyn’s past arrest being now public.
Lisa looks dumbfounded.
She does admit people ‘tell her stuff.’ She tells Heather that she knows as much as she does. I believe that.
Right on queue, Lisa starts losing her mind. It IS fucking frustrating when people accuse you of shit you didn’t do. Believe me, I know.
Heather is such a dick. After she drops this huge accusation, Lisa is like ‘okay then we’re not friends clearly.’
Heather: “Are you fucking kidding me?”
I mean, is that really a shock, Heather?
I love how she then chases Lisa around, trying to calm her down. Isn’t it always the asshole that purposely gets you riled up that’s then begging you to calm down and acting like you’re crazy?
And I don’t get why Heather tells her “it’s okay if you did it. Why is it bad?”
Then if it’s okay, why are we listening to you scream at her about it? Heather is being really manipulative. And very obvious about it.
Lisa does her signature calling poor John. Heather follows her around yelling like a psycho. Then she tells her she didn’t call her ‘the source.’
Uhhh yeah ya did. What the hell is she on? You’ve probably noticed but I really am feeling Team Lisa here.
