Teresa is finally ready to joke about jail, with her crack about Gabriella’s shower situation in her dorm. It was actually even funny, and Teresa is rarely funny.
We see that in action a little later in the episode.
I think Olivia Aydin is trying to be the next child-turned-housewife. If this show is still on in ten years, and she’s a Housewife, and I’m watching it, I’m shooting myself.
Again. Why is Marge SO worried about Jackie’s stupid book?? Is this just a talking point to plug the thing? That’s exactly how it looks.
Jen Fessler read it, and she gave one to Melissa and Melissa doesn’t read, according to Margaret.
I recall this, and it’s so funny because it’s like from four years ago. I remember it, because I was so surprised and a little hesitant to believe her. It was during the 2020 covid thing, and I remember her saying she passed the time by reading all day. I was like really? DID you though?
I’m not saying she’s lying but, now here we have Marge telling us she doesn’t read, so maybe I was right in kind of doubting that. Kyle on Beverly Hills is another one that tries to say she ‘reads all of the time’ which I found suspect because she admitted on an episode that she wasn’t able to finish an article about Erica and Tom in the LA times when that Tom scandal came out, because it was too long.
I don’t read a lot either (I used to) but I also wouldn’t claim that I do. I actually do enjoy it, it’s just finding the time to sit and chill and do it (when I’m not watching Bravo of course.)
Is it weird Marge is still crying about the death of her ex-husband, whom she does not have children with, and whom she cheated on with Joe, an entire year later?

So people were supposed to call and console her and ‘check on her’ on the one-year anniversary that her ex died?

So back to this, Marge is bitching about Jackie not consoling her on the anniversary and says “people forget.” Yeah Marge ‘people’ do forget that your ex-husband croaked one year ago, because they do not care. It affects your life not one bit.

I think she’s just mad because she likes to pretend Jan’s kids are her kids, and now with him gone maybe now it’s uncomfortable for her to keep doing that? Perhaps it’s also guilt??
Joe is so sweet, he’s being so supportive and kind through this ridiculousness. I’m guessing he also feels guilty. Hey, I have and idea! Don’t fucking cheat on your spouse, then you don’t have to feel guilty when they croak.
I mean really, banging your contractor you hired in your home behind your husband’s back? Kinda skanky. And she wonders why his kids aren’t all gung ho about having a relationship with her?

There’s a Fessler and Rachel coffee meeting, Rachel immediately cries and starts whining about TreStump attacking her family. I don’t blame her for hating TreStump. I just think viewers should be seeing through the game that Fessler is playing (she was told by Bravo to make nicey nice with her) and think this whole ‘story line’ kind of sucks.
Fessler looks as bored as I am with it.
Now that Fessler lost weight I guess she’s okay to share her food now. I could never be a server. I just could not pretend to be that interested in what strangers want to eat or drink.
She defends herself that she was sticking up for Rachel in that conversation that everyone is going nuts over. Teresa was clearly back pedaling it seemed like. Rachel thinks John and Louie should talk it out.

Jennifer is throwing A birthday party for their dog, complete with a fashion show. I guess we’re running out of reasons to have get togethers.
Dolores’ dog, Lady looks a little scared of the ginormous house. Or the Housewives.
I’ve seen a lot of posts about this, so I don’t seem to be alone. Not recalling or keeping straight who all is mad at whom and why. Apparently Jennifer and Jackie had been fighting but have made up. She gets hell for attending this party by Danielle later.
Gia is in attendance and shares that her boyfriend works for Louie. Okay this should get interesting. Remember the big whole scandal last season about Frankie working for Louie, then suddenly wasn’t. Dolores went to great lengths at the reunion last year to make it appear that there was no drama attached to that, in order to cover for Louie probably doing sketchy shit that Frankie didn’t feel comfortable with.
Do we know what Louie does since losing whatever company he had by getting voted out a few years ago? I have to look that up.
I’m unclear as to who the judges were of the doggie fashion show, but I’m leaning towards it was fixed.
The dog trainer is kind of hot. Jennifer just happens to hire a young tatted muscular ‘dog trainer?’ Maybe she’s giving Bill a taste of his own medicine.
Okay so here, go we’re diving in. Danielle is on a vaca with her family so naturally she’s getting talked about. Some new chick is here, Jennifer’s friend who tells a story that is probably exaggerated, at how Danielle hosted a charity event, and this Lena chick who is a hairdresser, did her hair for the event and wasn’t allowed to attend because she wasn’t wearing the correct bracelet, and was asked to leave.
So we’ll be hearing about this for the next three months I’m presuming.
Gia sitting here inserting herself in Housewife drama and making these shocked faces, and pretending to be interested, is weird, it is. And for those saying “well what about Lauren Manzo back in the Caroline days?”
I see a lot of that on social media with others, who don’t think Gia needs to be acting like a Housewife.
I don’t recall Lauren tagging along with Caroline to Housewife gatherings just to be privy to the gossip and what-not. She was involved in scenes at their house, or when she was hanging out with her mother. If I’m wrong then I’m wrong, but I don’t think I am.
Here’s my point proven about how unfunny Teresa is. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a joke fall so flat. She even says this in front of Gia which is kind of questionable. Poor thing, she looks so proud after she delivers it.
Jennifer says she did invite Margaret to the party but she declined. Teresa’s joke, not only wasn’t funny but made no sense.
“What dog was Joe Benigno going to bring, Margaret or his real dog?”
It may have been funny in her head. It could have at least landed a little better, had she said maybe “what was she going to wear for the fashion show?” Something a little clever may have gotten a chuckle. Or she could have just shut up.
Everyone just looks at her, confused. Jackie smirks.
She does the nervous hair stroke thing.
Even Biscuit wants to get away from her before she tries to crack another joke.
Dolo is also confused about the dynamics of who is now all lovey dovey and who hates whom. Apparently Jackie who is desperate for her full-time spot back, is now up TreStump’s asshole, like Fessler.
Fessler tells Teresa that Rachel wants Louie and John to talk, and the girls should butt out.
Yes. Let’s do that.
Dolores is doing her softball thing again for breast cancer. Spoiler alert – they again win, pulling it out at the last second.
Teresa doesn’t think the guys should talk at the charity event game.
Gia keeps putting her two cents in. Teresa is, of course, totally against them having having a confrontation because she knows she and Louie are guilty of digging up all of this dirt. Teresa wants to do this shit, and I think she’s heavily influenced by Louie, but doesn’t want to deal with the consequences.
Gia: “I’m telling you Louie is a really really good guy.”
Is she being serious right now? Louie is a good guy?? How much is she getting paid to say this?

Teresa talks to Phooey Louie about the Fuda drama, that THEY started. Louie has an evil smug smirk on his face. She tells him Fuda wants to talk to him.
He informs Teresa it should take ten seconds. “Listen I’m sorry, it’s over, if he takes it any further I’m going to finish the fight.”
TreStump looks, well stumped. I’m thinking she didn’t know he was planning on sounding so aggressive and feisty in front of cameras. You know, since she and her daughter are running around selling how sweet and wonderful he is.
I’m unclear as to who is saying they’re sorry. Is Louie sorry for digging it up and feeding it to the press and social media? Because that’s what since has come to light since filming.

We don’t waste any time being petty, and Danielle asks Jackie “who invited you to Jen’s puppy party?” Well I would assume the person having the party?? Like what a dumb question.
It seems like she and Marge are just out to annoy the piss out of Jackie. And it’s working. Like the senseless shit they’re saying to her to get a rise out of her, is so – senseless.
So as if that wasn’t dumb enough, now Marge scolds her for not calling her on “the anniversary of Jan’s death.”
