Thought I would share this cocktail recipe that I made last week ! It was so easy, and good !!
1 – 2 oz blueberry or regular vodka
2 oz V-8 Blueberry Pom Juice, or any blueberry juice. (this may be hard to find, I located it at a local chain grocery store in my area. Ocean Spray also makes a blueberry juice, however I have been unable to locate it in my area. If all else fails, check the organic section.
juice of ½ of lime
1 oz dry vermouth or dry white wine (this can be omitted – not a necessity)
Shake in cocktail shaker with ice and pour into martini glass !! (or any glass – I’m not Dorit!)
Or just pour over ice !! Add fresh blueberries if you have them! Another option is top it with club soda, (or sprite if you want it sweeter) to dilute it a bit.
If there are any Sex and the City fans out there, I’m sure Carrie and the ladies would approve of this version !!
