Allie’s news – It’s only been roughly 9 months (that is easy to figure out right I wonder why …) and she is moving in with a dude she recently met AND is 5 months pregnant? Math isn’t my strong suit, but she is preggers to a guy she met 4 months ago? I don’t mean to be cynical, but I see a break-up in the very near future. Gary looks a little shaken with the news. I get all of the commentary and JL bashing. They’re getting one side now and does not seem favorable. Again, refer to above, he WAS having unprotected sex with her several times if memory serves, so if a baby was the last thing he wanted to deal with– put a balloon on it dude, or keep it in ya damned pants!
I think that was on purpose that JL didn’t join the crew for the reunion. That probably was best actually. I think that would have been U. G. L. Y.
People are saying that he is not wanting to be involved, because that is how it appears.
He does seem sincere as we move on to the JL portion of the interview, but I think he does a lot of talking and not really backing it up. That was harsh to say “don’t go around telling people this is my child.” Perhaps that was said out of frustration, but still harsh.
He’s not realizing that she knows she didn’t sleep with anyone else (assuming that’s the case) so she knows she’s yours.
I just don’t think Dani would tell him it’s his beyond doubt, if it’s not. I think he just needs to take the high road –assume this is his baby, and back up his words.
Get on a plane dude and go meet your daughter. Go. And work out some sort of support. This is your responsibility.
Andy looks perplexed about the DNA test not being followed through with. “Even going so far as to contact her doctor’s office” doesn’t really seem like that is impressive as to the effort on your part.
I think that is because JL does KNOW it is his, so going through with that hassle and expense seems like a moot point. That’s what I think anyway. Instead of expense of a DNA test, how about buy a plane ticket!

The update at the end says he still has yet to reach out to Dani after she gave birth. So no, he is not backing up his words. I get this is a lot, and he’s young – (24 or 25 young, not 16)
