He did not need to re-address the floor dirt later – I would have been more upset that she shoved some of the guest’s food down her throat during service – and then they asked for more… “Focus” Mathew on the more important topic to complain to her about.
The getting hitched seem to have went off without a hitch … (you’re welcome for the laugh, or chuckle)

So maybe the first night baaaaaad dinner, won’t affect the tip, or they’ll all be pissed at Mathew, which will not help the anxiety.
I thought really big of the guests to not bring up the first dinner at the tip presentation. That was very mature, and also speaks to how great all of his food was upon his return.
I don’t know that he really owes them all, given the fact that none of them could prepare food. AT ALL.
