I was watching a little of the repeat episode they aired at 7pm, and a ‘never before scene’ where Camille was talking to her dad, and she’s all, “can you believe the 2nd stew thinks I’m slow?”
Dad says – “well you don’t like to work.”
And there you have it folks. Not that we needed dear old dad to clarify that for us, it just kind puts it all in perspective.
She likes to brag on her “attitude” or how she speaks her mind, or whatever she said, I forget exactly how she worded it, she has mentioned that multiple times. So we get it. And I respect people that don’t take shit. She compares herself to her dad, in that he got where he is, from being outspoken.
But the component that she’s missing, is that she doesn’t like to follow any type of directions, (don’t tell HER what to do) and she doesn’t want to work. That might be difference between her and her dad. Her dad probably earned people’s respect with some sort of crazy work ethic.
You’re not going to get very far, if you get a kick out of lipping off, flipping out, and telling your superiors at your job to fuck off, AND you’re also a lousy selfish employee. I have a feeling her dad doesn’t have this shit work ethic. So THAT’S how he got where he is. (wherever that is, we don’t know) Not from screaming at people for no reason and refusing to do any work.
Okay here we go with the new episode. Needed to get that off my chest. I was cracking up when her dad said that. She tried to deny it to him, but knows it’s true.
So Sandy hears these two yelling at each other and cursing, and actually takes it rather well and is pretty easy on them when she approaches them. She should have been a little more firm and pissed off. I get it she was trying to diffuse the situation, and not make more of a scene. But they should have been yanked somewhere private immediately. Both of them. Together. To give their assessment in front of each other.
Put Fraser and Hayley in charge of service, and get to the bottom of what happened then and there, which was Camille refusing to do a simple task of ironing something upon her return from canoodling on the beach with Ben. She literally arrived to the boat immediately following not working and doing nothing. So she just had an actual break, one might say, and it was too much to ask of her to do a simple task upon her return to the boat.
Had Sandy had this convo right away, it would have been better. And they should have been together for it to minimize Camille’s lying. Come on Sandy. You’re better than this.
She asks for Camille to meet her in the crew mess, to talk about it. Not even private. It also minimizes the seriousness of it, if she just wants to chat about it over a snack. Which means Camille is getting another break, right after her relaxing break at the beach.
And you can literally just tell she is going to take her side. She likes blondes. Sorry but I see a pattern with that.
Hayley fills in Fraser, and seems to think that Alissa overreacted, because she wasn’t bothered by Camille’s dismissive “I just can’t right now!” (tell me again what had her so stressed out) or whatever. It bothered Alissa more so than Hayley because Alissa could probably tell she was going to somehow get out of doing this garment pressing, and that she was going to end of up doing it herself.
And that’s not how you answer someone in a teamwork environment when you’re nicely asked to do something. Not to mention, Alissa has fucking had it with this reaction every fucking time she’s asked to do something. Sandy has noticed her lipping off constantly too. So what’s the problem here? There’s nothing to ‘get to the bottom of.’
Okay so they sit down for this very informal ‘meeting.’ Camille has helped herself to some food. And her typical “I’m so sorry” and “yes ma’am” fucking shit she does with Sandy, while she back talks Fraser and Alissa constantly. So Sandy thinks she’s not that bad. Whatever Sandy. Any idiot can tell she puts on an act for her.
Why isn’t Fraser handling this. Fraser is being kind of a pussy I hate to say. Fraser should know what the hell she is like. She basically told him where to go and how to get there, when he tried to have a chat with her about her stupid shitty attitude, that she thinks is something to be proud of.
She keeps referring to Alissa as a bully. Which I don’t see nor agree with. Camille thinks she’s a bully because she’s trying to not take her shit. Which I thought she thinks is a good thing, and admirable, to not take people’s shit? But only when she does it?
Fraser for some reason, when he hasn’t bothered to intervene or deal with this like at all, actually tries to shut down the convo with Sandy and Camille, which shouldn’t be taking place here in the crew mess. This is really unprofessional. They’re both eating, and having like a little girlfriend chat.
It’s ridiculous.
So already Camille does not explain what transpired accurately, because she tells Sandy that she nicely says, “can you guys just give me a second?” No. Hell to the NO! That’s NOT what she said. That’s not how she said it.
She actually answered Hayley, who told her about this small task as nicely and gently as possible, like this, and I quote, in a tone as if she was all stressed out, busy and befuddled, “I’m sorry I can’t, I just can’t right now.” As she literally walked away from her.
She goes on to tell her how Alissa said she’ll take it to the captain, which she was justified in doing, because Camille’s exact instruction from Sandy was to lose the lippy comebacks every fucking time she was asked to do something. And she is STILL doing it. Alissa was justified. If Camille didn’t like hearing it, tough fucking titties.
And I can’t believe my fucking ears when Sandy gives her fucking accolades and assures her that she’s noticed that she has indeed improved and dropped the tude. No. She hasn’t.
“As far as I’m concerned you showed me, you did your job.” As far as she’s concerned? Well Sandy you’re not the one that has to be concerned, and has to deal with this shit. How the fuck does Sandy know? Was she with her all day? Now this numbskull has this false sense of entitlement and accomplishment, when in reality she has been her usual useless and antagonistic self.
Sandy continues to fuel this fire by assuring Camille it wasn’t okay for Alissa to threaten her. It wasn’t so much a threat, as much as a reminder that she’s supposed to be following instructions without being difficult.
And she did need reminded, because she wasn’t. Why do I always have to know everything?
“She has a lack of respect for me as a human being.” Oh my God, dramatic much?? Sandy ignores that weird comment. She does know no one on the boat respects her right? Except for the dude she’s banging. In front of Tony every night.
Sandy summons Alissa to talk, but Alissa’s convo/reprimand takes place on the bridge, not over a snack in the crew mess. So Alissa who has been busting her ass doesn’t get a snack and a break. But Camille did.
Alissa gives a better assessment of her reply – as “stop, not right not now, I can’t now …” That should honestly be all Sandy needs to hear. Sandy should be saying to Alissa now, she told me that she nicely asked if you could give her a second. So already she should be seeing she lied. When people lie they have something to hide. Duh. This doesn’t seem to bother Sandy. Maybe Alissa should bleach her hair blonde. Or wear a blonde wig.
Camille is in laundry doing this very small five minute task that was asked of her that sparked this whole thing. While muttering to herself that “this wasn’t very hard, it’s as easy as this.”
It’s not that it was HARD asshole, maybe if you would have LISTENED to Hayley, she was explaining there was one item she didn’t get to because she had to, oh I don’t know, wait on the fucking guests?? And it wasn’t an emergency to do it right that second. She as just letting her know. This chick is frustrating.
Sandy somehow, for some reason, turns this all around on Alissa, pulls out the good old ‘triggering’ line, and tells her she should have walked away if Camille ‘triggered’ HER. That’s putting the blame all on Alissa. Sandy, what the literal fuck??
Sandy points out in her yap that Fraser needs to be worrying about Camille and Alissa. And if this was managed properly this wouldn’t have happened.
Yeah no shit.
Finally she says something that makes sense.
Sandy says Camille is doing a great job. Sandy. Sandy. Sandy. To quote Ramona, WOW. Just WOW.
Disappointed in Captain Sandy for trying to make Alissa feel crazy and like the problematic one. Captain better be groveling to her at the reunion. And I mean it!
Did she suggest for them to talk about their differences when they’re OUT?? As in when they’re out drinking? I literally thought I heard that wrong Monday night when I initially watched the episode. Sandy gives Fraser the business in the stairwell for interrupting her and Camille’s little chat in the crew mess. I agree maybe he overstepped. But seriously Sandy? She has the energy to be this pissed at Fraser for that, but was pretty much sitting there at the table playing with Camille’s vagina? She’s dead fucking weight. I do agree Fraser should have handled this better. But that seemed unnecessary. She WAS wrong for addressing it there and talking to Camille like they were BFF’s. Exactly what she’s accusing Fraser of doing.
So how gross is it that Camille admits to Benny boy that she gave attitude to Alissa when he asked what happened? But told Sandy that she didn’t.
Ben also tells her she’s doing a great job. I know he has to say that but, if he wants to keep getting banged. She’s not doing a great job.
This isn’t even fair to her because she really believes, more so than she did previously, that there is nothing wrong with her performance. Maybe they’re all setting her up to crash and burn.

I like Fraser, but he seems to be not taking this seriously, and being rather non chalant and choosing to not see how his shortcomings as a leader have brought the animosity between Camille and Alissa to this level.
I agree with Sandy, putting the ball in Fraser’s court at this point. Don’t agree with the things she said to each of the ladies.
Rachel doesn’t seem to be totally on her game this season. It’s almost like she’s doing things in her own time. I think this was a complicated dinner, but for there to be like an hour between courses? No. That’s not cool.
Poor Alissa is stuck with these crazy inconsiderate fuckers until they decide to call it a night.
Camille and Ben really need to stop banging it out in the bunk above Tony. It’s so skeevy. Once okay, it happens. Sometimes you just need to seize the moment and do it. Now it’s a habit, and they seem to think it’s really cute.
These guests are fucking slobs. They’re smoking their whatever, and breaking and spilling shit, demanding snacks at 4:30 am, and they do not care. This is taking advantage folks. And treating the crew like their personal fucking staff.
There really should be a cut-off time for the guests for getting served drinks and food. I know the ball park of what they pay to charter these yachts, so whatever they say goes, and there’s no such thing as no… But it should be within reason. I would say, if you asked me, and I know you didn’t, but just as bars close at 2 am, this should be the last call for service.
That would have people like this going to their rooms by 2:30 – 3. If they’re getting no service, they will head to their quarters. You can’t have a stew up until 5 am waiting on guests for chrissakes.
